I love Jersey Mike's, but not all of the locations are as good as others. This location is fantastic. They just make better sandwiches than the other stores (Swansboro comes to mind). Definitely my favorite chain of sandwich shops. They are generous with the ingredients, unlike other chains, and they will make your sandwich any way you like.

The meats were not the same quality as I am used to. I pointed out that the meat appeared shreaded while being sliced. Unfortunately, it was not the slicer. It was the meat (salami specifically). Taste and texture were so off-putting that I refused to eat it. In addition, the steak sandwich was not prepared as ordered (I didn't even hear or smell the grill!). I would have returned, but it was 50 minutes away. I am very dissatisfied with this location.

I saw a roach on the counter. The worker swept it away with a towel and I understand, it's not his fault. The containers are all open near where I saw the roach. I threw my sandwich away because if the roach comes out during lights on and people out, it means it's a real infestation at the place. Also too little meat compared to bread but it used to be my weekly dinner spot. The roach did it for me, I can't ever go back there.

I recently tried Jersey Mike's for the first time with my family, and the experience was truly amazing! The subs were delicious, the staff at this location were incredibly friendly, and the speed at which they prepared our order was impressive. The cleanliness of the place added to the overall positive vibe. We'll definitely be coming back for more flavorful subs!
