Very poor service, the workers were very very rude the whole crew was very rude,just FYI I will not ever be going to this location again,further more if u do not like your job then quit! Also us people buying the high priced subs are how you get your paychecks....................something to think about!

I came into Jersey Mike’s with a smile on my face. I left without one, and I was quite angry. As a former manager, and a customer service representative of 8 years, also a a business owner, I take great pride in how I interact with my customers.
Today I had an awful experience as I tried to order my fiancé and I food. This was approx 6:40 pm. The blonde hair, blue eyed girl with glasses seemed to not be willing to do her job. I get it, on a Friday when you want to be at home relaxing it can be annoying to make sandwiches. But I wasn’t rude, I wasn’t demanding, I simply asked “does the #3 come with” and she didn’t even let me finish my sentence, she rudely interrupted me and stated the 3 meats that are listed on the board with a condescending tone. Obviously as I am reading the board, I can see the 3 meats. I wanted to know if it came with lettuce and tomato. So I asked “does it come with lettuce and tomato”. She proceeded to point at the line and tell me whatever I want on it, is what I’m going to get on it. I grabbed my fiancés hand and walked out. I’m not going to sit here and cuss out a miserable employee who doesn’t like their job, they’re already going through enough. I will not be coming back to this location.

Very rude service. Would not recommend. The workers seemed annoyed we went there and one young lady was very sarcastic. I’m not sure if it was because we went at 8 pm and they close at 9 or because we had a large group. We were completely polite and didn’t deserve the treatment.

The young lady who took my order was condescending. I asked for the order to be double-checked because I was ordering for multiple people. I wanted to make sure everyone's order was correct. She had attitude,was loud, and threw the sandwiches in the bag and shoved the bag at me. I was taken aback by her attitude, and the order was still wrong.

Screwed up our sandwiches again. Gave us someone else's order. When you spend $10 per sandwich and receive something inetiable it beyond irratating. Its also crazy to ask a guest to spend $5 in gas and an hour of their time to fix your error. Just get it right the first time.

We do takeout once a week at my job . We tend to order from Jersey Mike’s quite often. Our orders range from 15 to 20 plus. The 3494 Western Blvd location
Suite 120 has provided impeccable service and food.We have ordered from this location a little over a year. Everything is always ready and accurate. They are extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you to the management and staff, we appreciate you.

All the employees in there looked like they had no idea what was going on. I stated I needed a gluten free sandwich and that I have gluten allergies. He went to put mayo on my sandwich and used the regular knife that is used for all other sandwiches. When I politely asked if he had a squirt bottle he could use instead he got a big attitude. Will not ever return to this location again. I hate having to bring up being gluten allergy, but when we spend $15 per person, I deserve to have it made right. Staff there needs to be better educated on how to keep a sandwich completely gluten free. Because I am now sick.

My job does Takeout Thurs and everytime we order from here even with the 20 plus orders they are great. Have them made and ready for pickup in a timely manner. Everything is made correctly and tastes good. Also with such a large group of people ordering there are lots of options.
