All the employees in there looked like they had no idea what was going on. I stated I needed a gluten free sandwich and that I have gluten allergies. He went to put mayo on my sandwich and used the regular knife that is used for all other sandwiches. When I politely asked if he had a squirt bottle he could use instead he got a big attitude. Will not ever return to this location again. I hate having to bring up being gluten allergy, but when we spend $15 per person, I deserve to have it made right. Staff there needs to be better educated on how to keep a sandwich completely gluten free. Because I am now sick.

My job does Takeout Thurs and everytime we order from here even with the 20 plus orders they are great. Have them made and ready for pickup in a timely manner. Everything is made correctly and tastes good. Also with such a large group of people ordering there are lots of options.

I ordered a #8 Mikes way with yellow mustard. The employee didn’t put the mayo on the sandwich, which is automatically placed on #8’s. When I let her know the mayo was missing she asked proceeded to rudely tell me that mayo wasn’t part of Mikes way and I should have informed her when ordering. When it was identified that it was standard of the #8, she rolled her eyes and corrected the sandwich. Normally I would leave it alone however she skipped the bacon and acted as though I was tasking her and was again very rude. Not my normal experience at Jersey Mikes.

Had such a nice experience here just now. I have a wheat allergy and everyone took the best precautions and proper sanitary actions to make my sandwich. It was so so nice to feel confident about eating there. And everyone was so kind and friendly. 10/10 experience tonight.
Young girl that started my sandwich was awesome, heavy set girl that completed mine and my husband sandwich was rude over loaded my sandwich with oil and vinegar, when told her it was too much, she scraped the top off and redid the sandwich, went to pay and the man behind the counter was not friendly at all,came home my sandwich is soaked .I will not be returning, SUBWAY MAKES BETTER SANDWICHES!! And alot friendlier!!

I ordered the ham and cheese large. I forgot to tell her American cheese and when I told her, after she had sliced 2 slices of provolone, she rolled her eyes at me. I told the girl putting the toppings on that I wanted mayo on both sides of the roll and the same girl who sliced the cheese was slicing the ham rolled her eyes again and mumbled. The girl who put the mayo on the roll had gloves on her hands and rang me up and took my cash and gave me change with the gloves stills on. Very disappointing service

We were in Jacksonville, NC visiting family. We went to the Jersey Mike's at 3494 Western Blvd Jacksonville, NC. on November 24, 2023.We order a giant sub, regular sub and a wrap. Once we got home and started eating them, we found hair in all three (and it wasn't just one, it was a lot)!! We took them back immediately! I told them I didn't want new ones; I just wanted a refund. After getting some bad looks from the employees, the manager at first couldn't find my order then he printed out a receipt and said it will be refunded on the card, well it's been 5 days and still no refund!!I have sent 2 messages through the app but have not receive a reply!Jersey Mike's was our favorite sub place, but we are 2nd guessing that now!!I will NEVER visit this Jersey Mike's again!!
