I am happy when I leave! I have never been disappointed and the order is always right!
They Know my husband and I by name. Spectacular atmosphere and so friendly and inviting! The manager is so outgoing and personable!

My husband and I ate at the Yopp Road Jersey Mike's on 6 30 24. Food was fresh bread wasn't dry and it was made to order. The staff was great, a little busy but we didn't have to wait long at all.
We will definitely be back to this location!

The food is usually really good. Usually when I go they are nice and friendly. When I went yesterday the 2 ladies that were working were....to be polite... less than pleasant. The bigger lady acted like I was a problem for ordering food. Like it was a hassle to make my food. She barely payed me any attention as I asked for how I wanted the tub. I had to repeat a couple of things multiple times. And she made the tub as if she couldn't care less, and it was a very very sad looking #9 tub. I mean I know we all have bad days and all. But if you are that miserable then get another job. Or at least take a break. That being said the 2 guys there were nice, unfortunately they didn't make my food. Might be a minute before I go back.

After the businesses response:
If your "order process" is to have impolite employees who act like customers are a problem, and to not listen or make my sub or tub the way I want it...then I can get that at like ANY other sub shop. And if your response to rude employees who don't listen or care is to "guide me through your order process" then I can see how you have employees like that. That made me decide NOT to go back.

Everyone here was AMAZING!! I work for a local Law Firm and we had guest attorneys for meetings today. I called and placed a large order. They repeated it twice to confirm. When i went to pick it up, she knew who i was ( never been there) had it ready with names on the orders in a box! They were put in the box in the order i called tgem out! Food was very fresh and soooo good!!! We will be using them all the time! They are close, fast, friendly and absolutely WONDERFUL!! I recommend them highly!!

I’m glad this is a new addition to our neighborhood! The atmosphere here is so nice and the crew is really nice. I really appreciate Omar! He was so attentive and made us laugh the whole time. Overall 10/10!
