We've had awesome experiences there, and before this evening I would've given 5 stars for sure. We ordered online to be picked up by us, which we've done before with no issues. Well apparently today someone took our order so we had to wait for fresh stuff. Cool, I appreciate that. I also would've appreciated an actual apology and my order to be completely correct, but I also should've checked before leaving. I didn't expect anything for free, but...
The staff here is amazing! They are friendly, quick and take pride in their work. Two of the staff were restocking the fridge with sodas and waters, and they were very meticulous about making sure the labels are facing out towards the window for customers to see. Seems like a small detail but tells you a lot about the culture of the staff there. Of course the food is always exceptional as well.
This was my first time going to Jersey Mike's and was supremely impressed. The guy behind the counter was super friendly, informative and pleasant. He figured out that I was new and made sure I had a good experience. I will be eating here again. The Philly cheesesteak was delicious.
