Ordered online to pickup but had never been to this store. I really can't tell you how pleasantly surprised I was walking in. The place was very clean and the employees were so nice immediately. I picked up a larger order and it included a hot sub and they waited to toast the hot sub until I got there which I thought was such a nice thought and was appreciated. The gentleman working with me went through the order to make sure we had everything and helped me with any questions I had. He was very kind and it did not go unnoticed. It was just a really pleasant experience and I will definitely be back to this Jimmy Johns. Thank y'all!

I was disappointed when I was delivered a diet coke instead of the cherry coke that I ordered, I figured I'd call and see what they could do, to my surprise in less than 10 minutes I had a cherry coke in front of me. Great customer service!

How you could mess up a sandwich when you tell them face to face what you want, is beyond me. 3 items were added to my sandwich that I didn't order. It was a simple sandwich to begin with, that is why I didn't bother checking until I got home, 20 mins later. Then again I should've known it was a bad sign when there debit card reader had to be reset 3 times before I could pay. I'm definitely skipping this location in the future.

Whatever the hell that is. 45 minutes later still no order. Not even a courtesy phone call to let me know it's delayed. Just left me standing outside waiting. I guess it's the same customer service experience you receive everywhere now.

Went to a Business nears theirs.. had to park business away bc their drivers are parked in front of all other Businesses. While no one in front of theirs. Apparently owner can't read and wants further explanation. I glad I don't eat their over priced cold subs so the founder can go trophy hunt.
