The only reason it's getting two stars and not one star is because the people that work there were very friendly and helpful now my wife loves Jimmy John's and we love their potato salad this was the first time I got a family size potato salad it cost me $16.05 and this is what they gave me three scoops you guys should be a shame of yourself charging people in an arm and a leg and don't give them a lot of anything I have never felt so cheated from a fast food chain in my life you guys need to do better

Went in yesterday to store 2384, and guys were chill, but big shout out to Mike the driver, he made my boyfriend and my sandwiches, my bf explained he liked his food spicy, he asked how hot, he explained that he wanted his farts to burn, a request he's never heard described that way but he delivered. The sandwich he made me was excellent

12/19/2023, about 8:00 PM. I waited in the truck while my wife went in to order for our family. As my wife scanned the menu, I watched from the car as the female cashier repeatedly wiped her runny nose with her palm and the back of her hand—an absolutely disgusting habit, especially in a food establishment. I sent my son into the restaurant to tell my wife not to order and to come back to the car. We will never patronize this location again. Why does Jimmy John's have such a poorly mannered person working around food? Is there not a manager in this store?
I can definitely confirm everyone else's negative reviews. The music inside was deafening when I went to pick up my order. I ordered 2 subs online and there was nothing going on at the restaurant at all. They were not busy whatsoever, my girlfriend ordered a number 11, she got a number 7, I ordered a large number 7, and I got a number 9. I'll be pursuing a full refund via charge back, and never going back to this location.

So irritated with this place! I always come here at least a couple times a month. Went here Monday since kids activities took longer than planned. They messed up my husband sandwich drastically. He ordered a #13, all that was on the sandwich when we got home was a small amount of meat and two pickle slices. They also didn’t ring up the chips I ordered but charged for a large dr. Pepper that I didn’t ask for. I called them to rectify the issue since they got it wrong, they just passed the phone around and all said that I didn’t even order through them. Not only we’re both my husband and I there I have the receipt to prove it was their store #!!!!!! I even gave them my reward member phone number that THEY asked for when I ordered to show I was just there. Absolutely worst customer experience I’ve ever had, doubt I will continue going back after this. It’s stressful planning dinners so late that this was suppose to be an easy pick up dinner kind of thing, then to be told I was wrong when they messed up is absolutely horrible customer service! This place needs better management! Also not to mention the people working there that night were so high off their butts they couldn’t comprehend simple tasks. So frustrating.

The music was so loud the guy taking our order doubtfully could have heard our order.... our order was completely wrong except the meat... we didn't get JJ sause that we paid extra for, the tea was sour, and store wasn't the cleanest as all the others I have been to. I won't be back to this location
