Tried making an online order an hour and 15 minutes before closing time but wouldn’t go through. I call and worker says online/app stops accepting orders after certain time. Would not match the online pricing and told me to just order tomorrow.

I had previously lost a little faith in the KFC franchise for quite sometime, unrelated to this particular location . My last two visits, both at this location have more than restored my faith in the restaurant. Both visits on Sundays in late morning where the service was impeccable and the food was exceptional. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is attentive. I would like to also call out the chicken sandwich here as it is delicious and perfectly portioned. I could not be more happy with KFC in general but more specifically this particular location.

I hadn't been to this KFC location in many years. Ate here for the first time in years today. It was okay. It's a KFC. Not great, not bad overall. The slaw is good, the biscuit is pretty good. And the fries are okay. Being vegetarian, I don't eat the chicken. Another family member whom I was with had their chicken and said her chicken was not done. It's not bad, just don't expect too much. The restaurant was clean overall and the staff was very friendly. The place was not busy at all though. Not the worst place in town, but certainly not the best.
Vegetarian options: You can make a tolerable meal here if you are vegetarian. This place would not at all be recommended for vegans overall. . But, you can make an okay meal consisting of sides if you're careful here as a vegetarian. I like the fries, the biscuits, the slaw, and I've had the mac and cheese before.
Parking: You probably won't have a difficult time finding parking here. The place never seems to be busy.
Kid-friendliness: Not the worst place to take kids, but not the best. They have kids meals and stuff. They also have fries! So it'll probably be a hit with the kiddos. But it's not health food by any means. Very greasy!
Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is very wheelchair accessible. They have a wheelchair accessible entrance, and the place is a first floor business and everything is accessible because all aisles and stuff are very wide and easy to maneuver for anyone with mobility issues. This place would be okay for anyone in a wheelchair. Also, tables are set up in such a way that anyone could easily get to a table and it wheelchair.

Employees are extremely rude. They forgot my mash potatoes and mac and cheese side I reversed back to the window to tell them. The guy with a mustache told me why I can't reverse back to the window while trying to tell him what I was missing. They still forget mac n cheese I drove away surely thinking they wouldn't mess up again. I called pretty much they'll replace it but I live 40 minutes away so other then that nothing. She even accused me of not asking for it and saying I was lying. My child in the back seat of my car saying mac and cheese after asking for it. And my husband sitting next to me hearing me say mash potatoes gravy and mac n cheese... now my child is at home crying over not having mac n cheese. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS KFC DRIVE THE EXTRA 10 MINUTES TO THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN!!

I bought the chicken tenders big box with the 5 pc. tenders, 2 sides, biscuit and a drink ($14) and a 2 pc meal ($6). I even asked the girl at the drive thru to look at the meals and make sure they weren't skimpy cuz I live a little far away and they've done that to me twice before. Get home to 5 pcs. of maybe 2" long by 3/4" in diameter tenders. I could have gone to Hardee's or Cook Out for larger pcs. than that. The leg in the 2 pcs. meal looked like it came from a baby chick. For an international company serving that skimpy a meal, and for $21 for just those two meals is highway robbery. I will not eat at KFC again. Colonel Sanders would be embarrassed!!
Food was below average KFC experience. Mac'n cheese tasted bad. Every chicken strip had a grisly tendon. Thigh was soggy. But the worst part was the atmosphere, front line staff were terribly loud and yelling out like at a ball game. Also, one employee insisted on "assisting" customers at the kiosk, unnecessary. No complaints regarding the nuggets.

I find that oftentimes when I stop at fast food restaurants, not just this one and order tea to drink. It has turned sour and if you are a Southerner, you know that's not good. I'm not sure why so many different places in and around Jacksonville, North Carolina are not checking their tea throughout the day & and testing it to see if it has turned sour and yes you can tell. When I receive my order. My fries were not very warm, but my chicken was.

Kid-friendliness: they were so disrespectful that I will never be able to enjoy KFC again the biscuits weren't cooked in the middle,, mashed potatoes was still poweredly gravy was extremely hot the counter help only helped silent people i had to stop eating my food to help a lady order food while the associate stood behind the counter and did nothing to help so you have lost my business and I will not suggest that store to anyone else
