Staff at this location are soo damn rude. Every time i go.to this location they are rude, if its not the older lady there its the managers or other staff and i dont understand why they are rude and upset all the time. Especially when im respectful the whole time even when they are being rude. Anyways went in there the other day to get an order remake and the lady I told this to Looked at me as if I was stupid and said , I don't think we could do this because nobody told us that you were gonna come for an order remake And I said, well, the employee Tanya said to come in, let y'all know I need an order remake and to give you her name. And they lady there, she's like, well I don't know, because nobody told us this about this order and then she was looking for her manager Britney cause she couldn't find her manager and her manager just comes out from wherever she was. And she told her manager the situation and then the manager Brittany was like I don't know, let me call tanya, so she calls Tanya and walks out the room pissed off as hell, starts remaking my order and just tosses it to one of her employees with an attitude and was like here here's her order remake . with an attitude, mind you didn't even say anything to me and then her employee gives me the order pissed off as hell.And I was like, why is everyone so mad like everybody's upset right now and the employees like it's our dinner hour rush so we're backed up on orders and I was like. Do you not have enough employees that y'all are backed up? She's like, no, we have enough staff.We're just backed up. On orders And i'm like , well,I guess that's what happens when you work in a fast food restaurant, have a good night. Called corporate after that visit.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered in advance for pick up to save time. Arrived at the time indicated when the online ordered was placed and paid for, finally received order 45 minutes after arriving and over an hour after placing the order.
Only for continued disappointment once we attempted to eat the food ordered. The grease was dripping out of the unidentifiable pieces of so called chicken, the potatoes tasted like plastic, the cabbage in the slaw was too hard to chew and the biscuits were bricks.
Last attempt at trying to believe that KFC might be what it used to be.

Tried making an online order an hour and 15 minutes before closing time but wouldn’t go through. I call and worker says online/app stops accepting orders after certain time. Would not match the online pricing and told me to just order tomorrow.

I had previously lost a little faith in the KFC franchise for quite sometime, unrelated to this particular location . My last two visits, both at this location have more than restored my faith in the restaurant. Both visits on Sundays in late morning where the service was impeccable and the food was exceptional. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is attentive. I would like to also call out the chicken sandwich here as it is delicious and perfectly portioned. I could not be more happy with KFC in general but more specifically this particular location.

I hadn't been to this KFC location in many years. Ate here for the first time in years today. It was okay. It's a KFC. Not great, not bad overall. The slaw is good, the biscuit is pretty good. And the fries are okay. Being vegetarian, I don't eat the chicken. Another family member whom I was with had their chicken and said her chicken was not done. It's not bad, just don't expect too much. The restaurant was clean overall and the staff was very friendly. The place was not busy at all though. Not the worst place in town, but certainly not the best.
Vegetarian options: You can make a tolerable meal here if you are vegetarian. This place would not at all be recommended for vegans overall. . But, you can make an okay meal consisting of sides if you're careful here as a vegetarian. I like the fries, the biscuits, the slaw, and I've had the mac and cheese before.
Parking: You probably won't have a difficult time finding parking here. The place never seems to be busy.
Kid-friendliness: Not the worst place to take kids, but not the best. They have kids meals and stuff. They also have fries! So it'll probably be a hit with the kiddos. But it's not health food by any means. Very greasy!
Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant is very wheelchair accessible. They have a wheelchair accessible entrance, and the place is a first floor business and everything is accessible because all aisles and stuff are very wide and easy to maneuver for anyone with mobility issues. This place would be okay for anyone in a wheelchair. Also, tables are set up in such a way that anyone could easily get to a table and it wheelchair.

Employees are extremely rude. They forgot my mash potatoes and mac and cheese side I reversed back to the window to tell them. The guy with a mustache told me why I can't reverse back to the window while trying to tell him what I was missing. They still forget mac n cheese I drove away surely thinking they wouldn't mess up again. I called pretty much they'll replace it but I live 40 minutes away so other then that nothing. She even accused me of not asking for it and saying I was lying. My child in the back seat of my car saying mac and cheese after asking for it. And my husband sitting next to me hearing me say mash potatoes gravy and mac n cheese... now my child is at home crying over not having mac n cheese. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS KFC DRIVE THE EXTRA 10 MINUTES TO THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN!!

I bought the chicken tenders big box with the 5 pc. tenders, 2 sides, biscuit and a drink ($14) and a 2 pc meal ($6). I even asked the girl at the drive thru to look at the meals and make sure they weren't skimpy cuz I live a little far away and they've done that to me twice before. Get home to 5 pcs. of maybe 2" long by 3/4" in diameter tenders. I could have gone to Hardee's or Cook Out for larger pcs. than that. The leg in the 2 pcs. meal looked like it came from a baby chick. For an international company serving that skimpy a meal, and for $21 for just those two meals is highway robbery. I will not eat at KFC again. Colonel Sanders would be embarrassed!!
