Ordered food from here and they missed all the sauces, a whole meal itself, didn’t give utensils or napkins. hot honey sandwiches didn’t even have hot honey on them. horrible workers. the other kfc tops this one by 1000. close this one down.

Went there just a few weeks ago. We couldn't get anyone to wait on us. All employees insisted that we had to use the computer in the lobby to place our order. We thought that they were kidding until they insisted that it was the only way that we could be assisted in ordering food there. We left. I called corporate but never heard anything back. Prior to this, it was one of our go-to places to eat. Not anymore.

I placed a mobile order two nights ago and when I went to go pick up my items, I was told that they didn’t have any bone-in chicken. Not too big of a deal for me, but I could tell the worker genuinely felt bad, since I already paid for it. He was so sweet and even gave me a free cake. Just wanted to tell yall how good he was. I wish I had gotten his name for credit

I will never eat at the KFC in Jacksonville on Western Boulevard ever again went in to eat no one would take my order told me I had to use the kiosk after seeing all the surveys that's going on with the kiosk and all the feces and the nastiness on the kiosks I will never use a kiosk

I got a 4 piece. The chicken wing was less than half the size of my palm. I went inside and they replaced it and the breast. I only wanted dark meat. Great experience!!

My wife and friend went to pick up dinner. We are seniors, we’re told could not order at counter, staff was not very friendly and acted like it was a bother to help at kiosk. Seniors have problems with today’s tech and need help. May I remind you col sanders was62 when he founded kfc. Wonder how he would feel if he went in this location and could not use the kiosk.By the way the order was wrong when we got home.seniors order at window or stay away

Ms. Dee at this location is awesome! Dee obviously is short for Delightful! She is so friendly and her energy is amazing! I have never seen someone who works the counter actually go out and keep the dining room clean, like she! The food is always great at this location, but people like Dee are why I return! The world needs more Dee. ❤️
Like more and more fast food places, they are super expensive, and you do not get your money's worth. As well as you, food is often times not very fresh or is barely warm. This definitely we cause me to hesitate to go back to that establishment. When everyone chooses to rise prices and cut down on quality and quantity and things are already super expensive, you will lose customers and it will take a while to get them back.
