Everytime I go there at night past 7 the food is old likes its been sitting there the workers barely talk to you and you see it in there faces I will not be going there at night I guess I will only have lunch there not dinner

Did a mobile app order and stated it would be ready in 20-30 minutes, so I waited 35 minutes just to be sure. It was not busy at all and took a while for someone to come assist me inside. I was told to have a seat and she would call me up when it was ready. Finally, was called up and I asked if this was everything in which she said “yes”. When I got home, I was missing most of my food. When we called the store they brushed us off and said there is nothing they can do. We live 45 minutes away from this store! Not happy at all. You had one job!

Food is good but literally took more than 30 mins just to get a pot pie for dinner is ridiculous. Came back couple times already to see the change but still the same. What is the point of mobile order if I have to wait 30 mins.
HORRIBLE SERVICE …. This will be the last time! Even with an empty parking lot they can’t get the orders correct. This location needs to train the employees better than what it’s like now, especially “Wednesday Adams” 👻👻

Stopped by KFC tonight for some chicken. Unfortunately, I can’t even comment on the food because the service was terrible. Linda was extremely rude, and the way she spoke to customers was unacceptable. Really disappointed with the customer service experience.
