I stop here several times a week for drinks and the ladies are super nice and extremely helpful on suggesting new drinks.

Horrible place. Not only do the drinks and açaí bowls taste horrible but they’re extremely expensive. They don’t listen to customers. They don’t use gloves, and they go from one thing to another without washing their hands. Would not go again and definitely would not recommend.

When I arrived, there was a girl sitting on the couch eating chips and on her phone. I assumed I was supposed to wait for someone else (staff) to take my drink order and that this person was a customer as well. After giving me a blank stare with no greeting, she slowly made her way to the register. She then mentioned she had forgotten the register code and had to find another person in the bathroom for assistance. Shortly after, another person walked in from outside wearing a bikini top and asked what I wanted. At that point, I became frustrated with the overall lack of professionalism. The entire experience felt more like a high school hangout than a professional business.

Additionally, when a customer inquires about the restroom, they should be directed to its location—not left to figure it out. Overall, the atmosphere felt unprofessional and appeared to be run by individuals lacking basic customer service experience, which is a stark contrast to the positive experiences I’ve had with this location prior.

I love the atmosphere. Very clean. The Krew there know how to take care of you and answer any questions. I love how energized I feel with their teas. I’ve used delivery service as well and everything is top notch !!!

I would not recommend this place. I know for a fact that the owner and her friend message married men and go on dates with them. Do not let your husbands go there alone.

Excellent service and the best shakes in town

So many cute options for drinks and very pleasant staff

Walked in between 4 and 5pm on a Friday. The employees were hanging in the seating area, with one doing her hair. The one that wasn't came to take my order, then the young gril came over to help. Pretty sure she didn't wash her hands and nobody was wearing gloves. Her hair was hanging down in her face, and I saw her grab her hanir with her hands to fix. At this point I was sure she didn't wash them. Ended up tossing my drinks in the trash.

Kaila was so sweet and kind and recommended the pink tea as her favorite because I couldn’t decide on what to get. They have me hooked and I will definitely be a customer.

Owner and staff are super friendly and welcoming. Not sure what to get? They’re more than happy to walk you thru all their options. Trust me when I say, once you get one of those teas, you’ll want to come back!!

Good products and very kind staff. We waited over a half an hour for our beverages because there was only one person working. Very nice employee but she could only do so much… another staff member would’ve been very helpful. My shake was liquid by the time I got the rest of my order

Instantly felt at home when my friend and I visited the store today! Everybody is so friendly and helpful. Being my first time at the store I had a handful of questions about the different drinks and food. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to pick something until I was ready. The teas are amazing and the cake bites are delicious! Highly recommend if you want to treat yourself (and still keep on track of your health goals). Most items can be customized which is awesome! Can’t wait to come back!
