The service declines every time I come here. Do not come here if you are very hungry. The place can be empty and still the service sucks when the food does FINALLY come out it's good.

Literally find out the past record about the owner, and this is disgust me specially the way he talks about God.
He is so weird, and I never got a good vibes from him the times i been there.

Not celiac safe gluten free options (if just preference) but unable to offer allergy safe for gluten or celiacs safe. Wasn’t offer reimbursement also never requested. They refused service after several times of a reaction and said they don’t feel comfortable serving me moving forward - to anyone with Celiac disease not a safe place respectfully

Horrible customer service. The place smells very bad and as mentioned above, this guy who runs the business has a very bad way of serving diners.

Rude service. I called ahead on Thanksgiving. They were open until 4PM. Said I didn’t need a reservation. When we got there around 2PM, a family was in front of us and told him they had a reservation. He didn’t get then seated or pay much attention to them. We left after observing how he treated someone with a reservation. He chased us out the door asking us to come and get seated, even offered us a feee taste to stay. I thought that was tacky. Just poor service. I didn’t want to be rushed through my meal or treated worse than the people ahead of us. Service matters and they were rude in my opinion so they lost our business.

My 1st time dining there, & SUPERB.
The waitress was so sweet and helped me decide. The mango drink that I ordered was soooo good & I should have ordered another ?
The portion was perfect, more than enough.
Authentic Columbian food.
You gotta try it.
It seems to be in a rather strange location, I always drove past but didn't even know it existed.

This is by far the BEST food we’ve had since we arrived in Jacksonville!! You can literally taste the love in each bite!! Abuelita cooking that authentic Colombian dishes is everything your heart and stomach needs!! We had the garlic shrimp, oxtails, baccalua (stew cod fish). I can’t wait to try the other dishes and desserts!! 10/10 recommend this spot if you are looking for delicious food with vibrant flavors!!!

Kid-friendliness: My children loved the food and the comfortability of the booth we sat in! They loved hugging the chef and calling her abuelita!
