Pizza was terrible. Cold and I picked it up 5 minutes after it was ready. Didn’t even look fully cooked. Inedible. Went straight into the trash.

Too began with my pizza had hair on it. So I called and asked for the manager. This guy would not give out his name and had an I don't care attitude over the phone. So I went to the store to see if I could get just a respectful response, so I could get a remake of the pizza. Nope, Mr. No-Name came to the front with the same attitude. So instead of a remake, I asked for a refund, and the general/ district manager's number. Worst customer service ever.

It's really great pizza and the wings and bread sticks are amazing.

This location closes prior to the posted 10pm time and turns away customers.

Ordered thru third party app. Food wasn't made as ordered. Items weren't stored together. Management was extremely aggressive and rude when informed items were forgotten due to not being stored together. Would give negative stars if I could.

How can anyone possibly think this much uncovered crust is ok? From now on I will make sure and check the box before I leave.

I've read a few other reviews and I hate that was ya'll experience but I've been going to this Little Ceasars on Henderson for about two years now and I usually have a good experience. There has been a few mishaps because we're all human but not many. One time I was going multiple times a week. I want to personally give a huge shout out to Lexi for making my ICB and pizza amazing (2-21-2025)!!! It was so good that I called the restaurant to thank her lol. Keep up the good work Lexi 🩷

I've read a few other reviews and I hate that was ya'll experience but I've been going to this Little Ceasars on Henderson for about two years now and I usually have a good experience. There has been a few mishaps because we're all human but not many. One time I was going multiple times a week. Feb 15, 2025 at 5:49 pm we ordered a pizza and stuffed breadsticks from this location off of door dash($20 worth) and when it was delivered, there was a receipt from a different order balled up and stuck in our pizza. My husband called the restaurant to make the issue known and to see what would be done. He was told they couldn't refund us the money which was fine since we ordered it off door dash but we had to go to the restaurant to have them remake it. When we get there, I noticed a ServSafe certification from I'm guessing the manager who suspiciously has the same name as what was on the crumpled up receipt. The inside of the restaurant was also covered in dust. As we were sitting there waiting for our fresh food another employee walked in to start his shift and barely washed his hands before taking 4 orders and then proceeds to smear soap on his hands and immediately rinses it off, uses his now “clean” hands to turn off the water and touches the paper towel dispenser with the palm of his hand they his towel to dry his hands before going and touching other people’s food. None of the employees know how to wash their hands correctly and SHOULD NOT be allowed to handle food without gloves. The 99% sanitation rating they have definitely needs to be changed to 0%. Will not be going back to this establishment again.

Great customer service, very fast and fresh every time.

Parking: It's in a shopping plaza, so it's an open lot. There's tons of parking.

Kid-friendliness: Customer service is top notch and the staff is helpful.

The cashier was rude acting like I was inconveniencing him by coming in, and my pizza has like a 3in ring of no sauce this was an $11 pizza I am very upset

Poor management, no communication, apparently doesn’t substitute topping when it has been done multiple times in the past. no longer our go to lunch spot for the shop.

Great place with about 2 to 3 groups of people in it. Takes a while to get food but it's not supposed to be "fast food". Pizza is delicious here. And atmosphere was just the smell of fresh fresh pizza

I don’t understand why you advertise hot and ready and there is never pizzas hot and ready. You always have to wait!
