It took 20 minutes to get 1 order of puffs. “I was the only customer inside” when he said 10 minutes.

I visited the location at 9:30pm. I placed an order for 1 large two topping pizza (old fashioned pepperoni and bacon) and 2 pepperoni pizza puffs. I waited the normal 10 minutes for my order and when I walked in, the guy that took my order, it took him 5 minutes to come back to the counter to give me my order and he informed me that he burnt one set of my pizza puffs because he was in the back watching his TV show and left them in the oven too long and told me it will be 8 minutes for fresh ones to come out or I can get a steak and cheese set of puffs instead. The steak and cheese puffs were also burnt and did not taste cooked all the way. I did not appreciate the service. The guy who took my order was an African American Male with black curly hair in a short Afro. And there was a lady that was sitting in the window with a wig cap on talking on the phone when I arrived then proceeded to go outside on the phone. He looked about 6 feet tall as well he didn’t have on a name tag. I would like to be refunded for my order as I was not satisfied all around.

Here on a Saturday night, waiting 15+ mins when I thought my pizza was supposed to be hot and ready. I only wanted a pepperoni and a cheese, I’m not even hungry but I already paid for it smh

Pretty impressed with this location. Quick and friendly service. Store clean and organized. Food was hot. Will order again in the future!

I just went to buy 3 pizzas to the girl at the reception I told her I want the 3 with the edges filled with cheese and she only charged me. 1 bank filled with good cheese until there everything is fine she said it would take 30 minutes it's okay wait and when she receives I went to my house. Arriving I checked none carries cheese I'm supposed to pay for that What a bad service

The lady working in the front didn't even look for my pizza when it was ready..she made us wait 40 min for our pizza when it was already ready and sitting in the heated area

I’ve ordered from this location a few times, and every time it’s a disappointment. From staff who has acted like it’s an inconvenience that I’m there to pick up my pizza because I interrupted his text conversation, to pizza that looks carelessly made. Cheese that doesn’t quite cover the pizza; a pretzel crust that was disgustingly oversalted throughout the entire pizza (not just the crust) and always Crazy Bread that’s bone dry.

I’m sorry, but this is just about the worst Little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to. Which is unfortunate because I love Little Caesar’s.

The app works the best! The food is always on time and I always get exactly what I've ordered. The most delicious and affordable pizza in this area by far! We are miss pay 37 bucks for two large pizzas and one customizable one!!

All kinds of problems ordering online and trying to keep the same price. But I went in the store and a lovely young lady named Jordan made everything better. I was being kind of a pain in the ass trying to get it the same exact order my wife ordered through the app. Was not an easy process but Jordan made it easy was very patient sweet and an overall pleasure to talk to. I might have to ditch the app and just come see her from now on!!!!!!

Went in there and they were having a bad day or something . Me and another customer that walked in. And we literally ordered the same thing, just a pepperoni Pizza. I got some cheesy bread too. We were told 8 minutes . I just wanted to grab a quick Pizza for my kids . If you are on the clock like I was and on a lunch break or something whatever you do I would wait until you get off work . Because if they tell you 8 minutes or 10 minutes, you go ahead and tack on fifteen to twenty minutes on top of it . Not as much mad at the people working there. They look like they only had two people . They have to deal with doordash ect... but I don't know what it was that tied them up, but several times I was about to just get my money back . I've never had a bad experience in little Caesars before even this location it's usually good . The food is cooked perfect.So it got five stars for that . Felt kind of bad for getting frustrated when they already looked like they were frustrated as well. but still don't say 8 minutes if it's not going to be 8 minutes . But they do make up for it in quality food . The cook definitely knew what he was doing. Although I know he was probably frustrated with me too. But I had to go. But I will tell you, this is the cleaness, Little Caesars. They are definitely on top of that. The food it's cooked perfect. So of course, yeah, I will go back. But I will not go back when i'm on the clock or crunched for time . Next time, if it's going to be a while, I will just come back and pick it up
