Ordered a med 16 ounce ribeye came out well done 2 cold bake potatoes mushrooms was the only thing right no management came out pitiful

My good friend and I were looking forward to a great lunch together, and that’s just what we had. Jillian introduced himself and was very friendly and helpful. He was very attentive throughout our meal, yet not overly so, he saw that we were talking and did not interrupt. Anything we needed he was right there to help. I ordered the chopped steak and it was cooked perfectly. The loaded baked potato was so fresh, and so was the salad. My friend had the chicken tenders and she mentioned that they were nice and crispy and delicious. Her baked potato and salad was fresh also The cheese sticks were cooked perfectly. Logan’s sure met our expectations on having a great meal today that we could enjoy! We will definitely be back and I will also be asking for Jillian, it was a pleasure meeting him today.

Usually Logan’s is pretty spot on but after tonight I will not be coming back…our server Brittany had zero personality and gave no notice that their was a large party in front of us so it delayed our food for over an hour, we only knew about the other party from another waiter sharing the information with his guests. We had to ask for rolls, once we got our food it was cold and extremely overcooked. I always give people in the serving industry the benefit of a doubt but today’s experience was awful.
