My son called out this morning due to being very sick,He talked to Morgan. After he got done with the doctors I personally took his doctor's note to Dylan, I really would like to know why the night shift was not told? There is no communication at all at this restaurant and it causes a lot of problems to the point a lot of the hard working employees are upset. This is very unexceptable. My son never calls out, goes to work faithfully and he was gonna be considered a no call no show after doing everything right. Sad very very sad

Hands down one of the worst fast food restaurants in Jax: order DoorDash anytime after 930, they close at 11. You’ll have issues with the food not arriving or the order won’t even be close to what you wanted. Diffidently a location corporate needs to look at and figure out what the issue is

Had to add another gmail just to review this place again. This black lady in a bright yellow vest seriously tried to charge me 25 cent for an extra syrup this morning. I got hotcakes meal and a McGriddle…. Sooo I really can’t get two free syrups with it nowadays???? Let me try to go spilt this one little syrup between a McGriddle and 3 big pancakes. Happy freaking Halloween Karen!!!!!!!!!!! McDonald’s put my regular dude out there and her at the first window. Ridiculousness…..🧐🧐🧐🧐

Dirty restaurant, their make times for their brewed tea was way past what's allowed by the health department. Ten people laughing, playing, and ignoring the register. The second I got my bag I touched my fries which were super cold. If their in the business off losing customers today ,they are right on track.

Horrible experience. Waited almost 30 minutes for a small fry, McFlurry and a coffee!! Last minute, the ice cream machine broke down after we had already waited on it. The fry’s were cold and hard! And they ended up being a piece of plastic in them. The only decent thing is the coffee.

I was delivering for grubhub and they decided to prepare the food after i got there. was waiting for almost 25 minutes. wasted my time and the persons that ordered.
We went to get food and there was 2 guys where one of them (blonde) was taking our order and was very rude towards us and then our sister said something and they were very rude still and then she spoke to the manager and when my little sister and her friend went in to get sauce they were given attitude and said “why did they send the kids”
