Went to grab a quick lunch for my toddlers. ordered a chicken nugget kids meal with no sauce. i was asked again at the window if I wanted sauce, still a no. when I went to give my son a chicken nugget, they had given me a chicken nugget box full of bbq sauce...AND NO CHICKEN NUGGETS. Literally just sauce, you just can't make this stuff up. so disappointing, like it was done on purpose.
Spent $34 on cold food, took a week to have someone respond to my issue and was only offered a replacement meal when this has been a consistent issue with this location. I was told due to the amount of money they could only offer a replacement 🙄 very poor service and food.
I’m highly disappointed. I ordered with their kiosk and I decided to pay at the counter. Their employee clearly didn’t know what she was doing! I asked for a water cup which is for free and I ask to add a hash brown to my order and she try arguing with me saying a water cup isn’t for free. Keep in mind i ordered with their new kiosk. And they called my order and as I was walking to the car they completely forgot about my hush brown! I told them they forgot and they insisted...read full review
