Kid-friendliness: No play place but it does have an interactive light table. I don’t like the table more than the play place but the food was correct and the people at this one are always friendly and polite.

Took forever to get through the line. The menu board was off or broken so I had to look up menu on my phone. When waiting at window you could see the coffee area was splattered with creamer and sugar making it look unsanitary. The drink conveyor belt must've been broken because worker was throwing cups up one at a time and pressing the buttons. The cups were falling over and drinks splattering everywhere. Fries were over cooked or cooked in old oil (chewy and darker in color...

Hit or miss on how long your order will take. I always do carry out so I can make sure the special requests on my items are input correctly, i got a good bogo deal and got a ton of food for less than $25 last time, but its a toss up if it takes them 5 minutes or 20 to get your food out.
