I’ve been twice so far and never again the food was cold. The burger was freezing in the middle. The nuggets were weirdly, salty and cold. All the fries were hard. They tasted a day old. Service was luckily quick, but it was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever eaten. I can’t believe this location is still open. And I went two days in a row and the lady said “good to see you again.” Who the hell says that?

Way to mess up a Friday morning! Thanks guys! System down! No time to go anywhere else before I have to clock in for work! Should have just went to my favorite McDonald’s but tried to get you guys another chance. Even after I got a hard bagel last week to where I could barely eat it. Just took the steak out and ate that.

I very rarely give bad reviews. This McDonald’s was absolutely horrible. We waited 30 minutes for our food, then when we got the food it tasted really strange. Sure enough, I was sick all that night from food poisoning. I can’t say for sure it was from what I ate here, but I am 90% sure it was what caused the food poisoning. Very disappointed.

This was a horrendous experience, customer service sucked, they didn't have the milk for our macchiatos and then they refused to give us a refund there and then. They told us we had to use the app but couldn't tell us how to request a refund on it. So we did a customer survey on the app asking how to get a refund and we did get a response back however they told us we had to go back to the store to get a refund. The food was terrible, it was just an overall terrible experience.

I had to use a kiosk to place my order. I ordered a double cheeseburger with no onion and a small fry at 11:45am, per my receipt. At 12, I still didn't have food. When I approached the girl sweeping, she stated they were taking care of drive thru. After my 12 minute wait, the burger was wrong and lukewarm fries. Neek was not friendly but did attempt to have the sandwich redone. It was slapped together with cold cheese and a hard bun. This place sucks every time I go.

Tried to go through drive-through Waited a while no response so drove around and walked in Stood at the counter while some woman walked by with orders, walking outside multiple times decided I guess I have to use self service machine ordered my food decided to pay with cash. It said take the ticket, but it didn’t give me one. so I stood at the counter to pay and tell them they didn’t have a ticket while the lady kept walking by with food going outside to other customers needless to say after several minutes of waiting no service decided to leave, won’t be visiting there again.
