I never received my order. I showed the person at the counter proof of my order. She said there was nothing she could do to help. It was just a happy meal but apparently Macdonalds is hurting so bad they no longer can afford basic customer service. I had three kids but they all shared. Now I'm having to stop again because they are hungry. So I have find another place to stop. I'm not just disappointed I'm shocked that so little effort was put into making their own error right. If it was a large amount I would have understood but it was a single happy meal. So long as they don't make any errors service is usually good. But if any mistakes are made they will apply zero effort to make it right.

Kim the manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. I went to pick up a door dash and went through the drive thru because i thought that's where i was supposed to go and they tell me to pull up so i do and when i get to the window Kim the manager is telling me not to use the drive thru and to come inside in a very disrespectful way. Granted I understand your supposed to go inside and get it now but she was very rude and when I was inside I asked for her name and she told me it was Kim and she already reported to door dash and that door dashers need to stop going through the drive thru in a very condescending tone and just plain rude.

To work and was super busy and overwhelmed why the manager when back to there office during g this time not to do something important but to get away from how busy it was please hire leaders not people that fall under pressure I know it's hard but at least put your best food forward

Last night went through the drive thu, they messed up my order by forgetting an item. The item was on the screen when I pulled forward. When I didn't receive it they would not let me pay for it at the window. They said I could go back around and wait in line again or pull up and go in and order. I'm not going back, I'm going to jaggers next time where the customer comes first, and the food is better, and I'm gonna to tell anyone I know that the service here is horrible.
Food items were cold!! Food is getting smaller and price is so expensive!! If it's cold and smaller then you might as well go to a real restaurant!! Fast food is not what it use to be!! 😪😭

This is my favorite McDonald's but today was disappointed with my big Mac, I ordered a big Mac value meal lg..The fries and coke absolutely perfect. The Big Mac I ordered with No pickles, extra dice onions with no bun, not what looked like a burger salad. They could have but it in the regular box big Mac box but they put it in a salad container with a lot of lettuce, extra sauce, extra pickles, no onions, a lot of salt and nothing to eat it with. I just pick the meat up and took 2 bites and ended up throwing it away...I'll just keep everything on it the next time, I guess On the app order
