I don't know what kind of crappy customer service y'all have. But both people in drive through rude, as hell had no manners slammed the doors on me. Didn't even say have a nice day grumpy. I come in because you guys took my order wrong. When she repeated it back to me and I thought, okay, that's great, it's on sale or something. But then I get it and it wasn't even what I ordered. I had to go inside to get it fixed. The manager didn't even apologize. She just did whatever and then gave me my food. It's like, do you guys not understand customer service
There hasn't been an order that they haven't forgotten something in the last 5 months I've been here. They always pull you into one of the spots to wait for your food. Make you wait for 10-15 minutes, and STILL forget your orders. When I'm lacking half of my order and still had to pay, that's not ok. Do better.
