I’m really disappointed. Once again, my order was wrong. They forgot my fries and my sauces. I shouldn’t have to double-check my bag every single time just to make sure I’m getting what I paid for. The expectation is that the staff do their job correctly and provide the full order, and that clearly isn’t happening here. Very frustrating experience.

I went in at 10:34 and asked if I could still get a steak , egg and cheese biscuit. The associate said he would check. They said all they had for breakfast was a sausage egg and cheese bagel. I told him never mind, I'd just take a sweet tea to go. He said all they had was coffee due to a C0 2 leak. He was trying. I'll give him that, but I did not want to tell him that you don't need C02 to make sweet tea. So I went elsewhere. Need list to say I was disappointed.

Gross. Had to use the bathroom-no soap and an employee exited stall and just walked out of bathroom ( obviously) not washing his hands.
The service was the worst I've had. It took 25 minutes to get 4 ice cream cones. Everyone inside the restaurant was complaining. The bathrooms were not clean.

I don't know what kind of crappy customer service y'all have. But both people in drive through rude, as hell had no manners slammed the doors on me. Didn't even say have a nice day grumpy. I come in because you guys took my order wrong. When she repeated it back to me and I thought, okay, that's great, it's on sale or something. But then I get it and it wasn't even what I ordered. I had to go inside to get it fixed. The manager didn't even apologize. She just did whatever and then gave me my food. It's like, do you guys not understand customer service
