After waiting 20 minutes we were informed by the manager they had given our food for a family of 7 to someone else and had to wait to remake the whole order. Then we get the food home and the kids burgers requested made without certain condiments were wrong. Fries were all half full. We bought a hot fudge sundae for $1.59 and gave the cashier $20.59. We received change for $14, when we informed 2 different “shift managers” about the discrepancy of the change, they told us to come back in the morning to maybe get our change. They said “someone tried this last week and lied about”, refused to count the cashiers drawer for our correct change. This McDonalds is a joke. We will never stop at McDonalds again.
