Food on par with what it should be. Employees were kind and considerate. Atmosphere is mixed as it is connected to a gas station, but I think that also gives it a unique visit.

Came in they were backed up sat at the speaker for 10 minutes Noone spoke to me at all no greeting or anything when I pulled up page was my cashier they were incredibly rude took my order in the meanest way possible even after I apologized for pulling up after no one greeting me after waiting 35mins finally got my food i will not be back here

The mere fact you can’t get an extra dipping sauce because “the line is backed up” is obsurd. I don’t know what kind of policy that is, but it inconveniences customers who actually enjoy dipping nuggets into dipping sauce. Ever after willing to pay the extra change for the sauce, we got denied and told we were not able to get any because they’re were cars behind us?? Please help me make sense of this.

Ordered and paid for food in the drive thru, sat at the window for about 25 minutes waiting for food. We watched the employees literally standing around doing absolutely nothing. Pretty annoying to be honest. I just wanted my McDonalds sprite :( ps. my sprite was flat. 0/10 don’t recommend

DO NOT COME HERE!! Especially if you’re in a rush or care about your food being thoroughly cooked or prepped… 3/4 of the times I’ve been here my food was usually either half raw or missing something, Like an ENTIRE 10 pc box when you order a 10 pc nugget combo. The staff seem like they kind of care enough to give you a smile but that’s about as far as their customer service goes. 2/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

When we go here we are always missing at least one item. We tried playing the monopoly game here and never get any stickers the game doesn’t end till the 23rd but the manager said that she won’t have any stickers for the rest of the month of November. Plus the attitude from the people at the drive thru never changes.

Sucks when you order on DoorDash it puts your at this store. Don’t even bother having your order made here. Waited an HOUR AND A HALF on delivery. All because the workers inside can’t handle a line. The one in GumBranch handles it just fine. Received raw burger meat and order was wrong. I’d give zero stars if I could…
