You charge a dollar for water? You charge a dollar for ice, but give random people free food and cups. No wonder your big boss has to look into your stores inventory and funds. I can go to any gas station and get free water or ice I can go to other McDonald's and get free water or ice. Pretty much any other fast food restaurants will give out free ice or water. I'm just saying and then you tax it also.

I don’t know how incompetent you have to be to mess up a order when it’s literally bread and meat all i wanted was a plan hamburger i said just bread and meat nothing else wet somehow by a divine intervention there was cheese ketchup onion pickle on the burger I’m not sure if the person taking my order thought i was joking or the incompetent swine couldn’t read ONLY MEAT AND BUNS this i was in the mood for a plane burger and this absolutely ruined my day i didn’t even go back to tell them my order was wrong i don’t know how you magically have a bunch of stuff on your burger you didn’t ask for

My husband ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle sub round egg, they gave us someone else’s food and we didn’t notice it until we were 1/2 way to Wilmington. Very disappointed as the egg was not what he ordered and they didn’t even put sausage on it

Store is extremely slow. Got my Frappe quickly but by the time I got my food, by frappe was melted. 2 sandwiches should not take 20 minutes... Manager was sitting in the office watching rather than helping when it was so busy.

Prompt service. Drive through line was a little long, but food was ready as soon as I pulled up to the window. Food was hot and fresh. Will be returning to this location

The manager was rude and continued to tell me she could give me a cup of onions multiple times. I asked if they were going to cover my gas for coming to get the cup of onions. Which the only sandwich they actually got correct out of 6 was the one ordered as plain. I was asked to stop getting an attitude after I was cut off three times, while being told I could come get a cup of onions.
How about you except responsibility for your pathetic attempt at what you consider, “management”
Would you travel 20 minutes for a cup of onions because someone messed up 5 burgers? Obviously you were too lazy to get the onions to make the 5 burgers correct, in the first place.
