Every time I give this location a chance they fail. I went for monopoly no more game pieces. I went today no more grinch meals. I ordered online and when I go to pick up my order they no longer have them which they is understandable but if you no longer have them why have it available on the app. I get to the window and I'm told we cancelled your order well I definitely don't see it canceled in the app so this is the last chance I'm giving I'm done.

I went through the drive-thru today and the woman taking orders at the speaker was extremely rude. Her tone was miserable, like she didn’t want to be there at all, and it honestly made the whole experience uncomfortable. I get that everyone has rough days, but basic courtesy goes a long way. The food itself was actually good—fresh and hot—but the attitude at the speaker really ruined the visit. McDonald’s should work on improving customer service, because it completely overshadows the quality of the food. Oct. 16 at 8:00 pm

This McDonald’s sucks .. every time I come here the employees are rude for no reason I pulled up to ask a simple question and the girl on speaker says idk and then I roll up to window she texting on her phone didn’t ask if I wanted receipt she had a attitude threw out my recipt and I asked for one after she did that do better McDonald’s oh btw the bread and French fries are always stale here
