Metro Diner

Tried to pick up an order at curbside pickup. When I called I was immediately placed on hold. I watched another customer go in and pick up so I did the same. Two employees were there, no other customers. When I mentioned that I had been placed on hold, the male employee gave me a smart comment back. He was very rude and would not give me his name. As I was asking his name another man, who I believe was the manager came over to me and I told him the employee was rude. The man then, in a very inappropriate and intimidating way, ushered me out of the store. I have never had any problems with this location and have, in fact, had great service in the past. I order to go from here quite often. But to be treated the way I was treated, both by the employee and the manager was unacceptable. I will take my $$$ elsewhere.

The prices are a bit higher than average, but the quality of the food and the outstanding customer service make it well worth the visit.

The food was great, the service was even better. Our server, Kelly, made fantastic recommendations and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed (topped of the delicious coffee and the lemon water)

I had the shrimp & grits...with a side of extra grilled onions (it was delicious). My server was Kelly and she was absolutely FANTASTIC.

This is such a nice atmosphere and great food that gives us diner vibes! All the wait staff we have had the few times we went have been AWESOME! Leah was exceptional the last time and so good with my daughter! Deff check em out!

Friendly staff and fast service. The owner greats guest when he’s there. There is a good selection of food, but I always order the same food due to diet restrictions. Nevertheless, my grandfather throughly enjoys the variety of foods he orders. Also, we are both impressed with the quantity of food we receive.

Shrimp grits #1 great priced

Claire was our server. She was very polite and listened well. I asked for my meat lover omelette to have veggies too. The actual egg part of the omelette was not I expected but it was loaded with fillings. I wasn't disappointed. The food came out quickly and exactly ordered. The food was delicious. I heard good things about this place and I wasn't disappointed. My daughter ordered the chicken plate which is half a chicken. I thought it was going to be a small half of a chicken. No at all. It was a lot of chicken. The chicken was nice and crispy. We got fries with bacon, cheese and jalapenos. It was loaded. Worth the time and money to eat here. Very good food and service.

We had 2 different omlets, hashbrowns, grits, biscuit and toast. Omlets had good amount of stuffing. The issue with the food is that there is 0 seasoning! I think the line cooks are scared of salt, pepper and butter! The service was fantastic though and that made up for bland food. Just make sure the S&P shakers are in your table, you will need them.

Mac and cheese wasn’t the best but other than that, fun atmosphere and respectful staff. Leah was wonderful! Smiles, quick, on top of it!
