We order from this restaurant as a takeout frequently. Their food is good. Just don’t expect good customer service. This past week we have ordered twice and they gave us someone’s order the first time and fixed it but we had to wait for them to remake it. The second time they completely left out my husbands order. He went back to get it and spoke to the manager and the manager was oh sorry but you got your food right. He did get his food but by the time he returned home everybody was done eating. Will not be going back or recommending this place.

I’m so disappointed ☹️ lately the nachos have not had much cheese if any ! I order 3x or more a week and the birria nachos have just went down hill. Nobody makes them the same and the lack of cheese is just no. It’s just meat and hard chips sad to leave this review

Obviously this place is losing its quality. I went inside for my order, not only did the ladies have a attitude, I also spent over 40$ for some tacos that had no sauce when I got home “which she said they come on the side with it”. Got home, no straw for the drink, my salsa was WATER. When I went inside a TIP was added onto my order, by them, which I had to remove. This place use to be good. Apparently not anymore. Just to add to the top, I live 4 minutes from them, and my tacos are cold and dry!

The bar would make more money if it wasn't used as a to go station. It's uncomfortable eating while doordash is grabbing bags of food over your shoulder.

This is 2 for 2.... the food is good but the service is absolutely garbage. This is is the 2nd time we've been there and the service was horrible. Sat there for about 10 mins(or more) and they didn't even ask what we wanted to drink, but started serving a table that got there after us. Never even met our waitress. Literally walked out. The first time we went, it was slow and the service was still bad. Never going back.

Update: Since the owner replied and won’t take any accountability for Queso Tacos being greasy is piss poor. He’s more concerned about the review instead of addressing the problem. Good job, way to show you’re concerned with one of loyal customers concerns. We will never come back here ever it’s not worth it.
The food went downhill, maybe a new chef. I ordered the Queso Tacos and they were greasy as hell. Terrible.

Food is super good, every time I’ve gone there’s been a bunch of people there, if your a smaller table be prepared to probably not get a whole lot of service durning your visit if there’s a bunch of other tables also being served. Atmosphere is great on the other hand.

Tacos are arguably the best in town. I haven’t tried much else on their menu because why get anything other than awesome tacos. If you are up for tacos, do yourself a favor and get them here.
My husband and I love this places and we use to go all the time but we started having issues with the waitress Karen. She doesn’t take notes of the order and brings the food wrong. First issue was a few months ago saying that I couldn’t do something that every waitress before her do for us (change the rice and beans for an extra taco since I don’t eat rice and beans). The second issue was today, I ordered the Mulitas birrias without onions, guacamole and the spicy green sauce. She didn’t took any notes so of course she brings me the wrong food, she bring me birria tacos (which I didn’t order) I told her that’s not what I ordered, she brings me the mulitas first bite I take and Holly crap that was so spicy (I don’t tolerate spicy at all) and it got onions and guacamole. She did not bring any refill of the drinks, the only refill we got was at the end (by the time we were about the head out). Also, my husband order Birria Chilaquiles and he asked her if that has onions and she said no, first bite and it had A LOT of onions. We love this places but management needs to do something about her because is too much. We really want to go back and have a really good experience but is hard when you keep seeing the same mistakes with the same person.

I wish I could choose zero stars for this review. I have never experienced service like I did tonight. I called and placed an order for pickup. Upon my call being answered, the women was rude, the music was so loud that I could barley hear the women, so I’m sure she could barley hear me. I ordered 3 items, my last item, I asked if they would tell me if there were any vegetables on it. She then responded and said “not to be disrespectful but I don’t have time to look at the menu to tell you what comes on that item, can you pull up the menu and look. I was looking at the menu when I asked her about it and told her that it did not specify if there were any vegetables. She then went on to say that she has been backed up on orders, people in front of her, but then told me what came on the item. While on the phone, she was talking to multiple other people rather than paying attention to the call. I put that aside and went to pick up my order. Once I grab my order, I realize that my order was messed up. I went back to the window and spoke with her about my order and what part of it was wrong. She then goes and finds the item that I ordered. I then asked if there were vegetables on the item as. I requested them to not have them on there. She stated that there shouldn’t be but she couldn’t check due to COVID ( which I understood). I checked the food and the items that I requested to NOT be in there was in there. This was my 3rd time going back to speak with them after waiting an hour for 4 items. Once I finally got the corrected order, got home and found that my item was ALSO wrong, however, I still ate it, but while eating it I found a HAIR in it. Needless to say I will NEVER EVER eat from this establishment EVER again. The staff was very very unprofessional and the food was cold when I received it.

We are newer to the area and happened to stumble across this place today, and it is absolutely amazing!!! Beautiful artwork/photography in the dining area, there was live music performed by a gorgeous lady with a beautiful voice, and the food and drinks were absolutely delicious!!! We will definitely be coming back for more!! ?
