Got a jr shrimp bowl and absolutely disgusting. The shrimp tasted and looked real bad.

The food is good. It's expensive if you compare whole meal portions with other steak places. But there's plenty of meat, a scoop of seasoned rice, and a scoop of zucchini. To share as a lunch or dinner would be a great idea for 2 people!

Kinda dumpy and overpriced.

Food just keeps going down in quality but man do they keep going up on the prices. Why does a steak bowl and the plate cost the same? $19. Usually the clear onion soup is filled up. Mine was half empty and mostly mushrooms. Not happy with how this place is going.

Ordered two steak and chicken hibachi dinners. The steak and chicken were DRY and overcooked. I called in the order and it was ready in 10 minutes which is unusual. We were extremely disappointed in the quality of the food.

Use to love this place and would go around 3 times a week. Made the drive 30 mins into town tonight just to go here for dinner. Service was fine. I'm not sure what happened with the cook or if the quality here just tanked. My teriyaki chicken bowl was so disgusting I took 2 bites and left it to be thrown away. All of the chicken was so fatty there was almost no meat and the few pieces that weren't all fat were dark gamey tasting nasty meat. Even the rice was awful which is hard to mess up, I've never seen fried rice be white and covered in black pepper in my life. The restaurant was filthy, trays of food laying everywhere and trash stacked anywhere people could sit it where nobody was picking up the dining room. Not sure what happened to this place since the last time I went but I'll never be back again.

Yes you get plenty of food for the price but there was no flavor to the hibachi chicken & veggies. Service was good but the quality of food is not what it used to be.

I used to love this place but I went to get food yesterday and as soon it’s I put in my order it was handed to me 2 minutes later. I was given super cold food off the bar that obviously been sitting there, teriyaki tasted weird and shrimp had no flavor whatsoever. It seems like the cooks have no passion anymore. That place used to be packed now it’s super empty.

Great food and clean restaurant. Nice and relaxed atmosphere. I got the teriyaki chicken plate. Very good! I ordered extra rice, so in the photo you can't see the chicken, but it is there! ? Loved it!

It’s my favorite restaurant in Jacksonville.. The food is always amazing and what’s better is I get two meals for less than $20.00.. I always get the steak bowl with no veggies and add an extra 4 oz. rice for a total of $19.26 then half it out and I have breakfast for the morning but it usually ends up being a late night snack. The only problem I ever had was when I was calling my order in during COVID because it’d be busy for hours but then while using Google Maps I figured out I could order thru Toast and just like that no more busy signal and for those who said you’d never go back… Stop lying to us and yourself because you’ll be back..
