Moe's Southwest Grill

Alright. The last time I came to Moes it was great. Everything was delicious. I went today at 5:30 PM. There was one other person in line. My whole family wanted steak bowls. When I walked up and it was completely out. I bought some chips and queso and waited for them to cook it. 20 minutes later I walked back up and ordered all three bowls. When I got home the rice was crunchy. And the steak tasted strange. And the fresh jalapeño was literally all stems and seeds. Come on guys.

Be careful eating here! They have hair in the food and if you get lucky enough to find it, they won't even refund you for the over priced meal! ;) wish I could give less than 1 star!

Meant to write this a little while ago but oh well, my opinion still stands.

I used to love this place, but the last 2 times I went solidified that I will NOT return.

Once I went by myself and ordered a burrito. The worker was didn't acknowledge me, only stared and waited for me to speak. They asked me which meat, rice, beans, and if I wanted cheese, and that was it. The meat was very scarce. I had to state the rest of my order unprinted, they wrapped it, mumbled the order to the cashier and that was it.

The next time, both my daughter and I ordered. It was the same worker (late teens white male on the shorter side) with the same crap attitude.

I ordered my food and this time asked him to add more meat after he attempted to only put a half spoon in my bowl. He rolled his eyes and put a corner of a spoon more in.

The lady handling the toppings was much nicer and handed my 2 little ones a free cookie.

I should have paid more attention to my daughter because when we git home she said the guy barely put any chicken in her bowl, and sure enough, there were only maybe 8 pieces.

$30 wasted. Never again for such small portions and crap attitude.

I love Moes and I love this location. I’ve been coming once a week for a year now. It’s always been so good but at the beginning of 2025 they got rid of the best manger/worker they had and it’s been downhill since. The past 4 weeks I’ve been in there has been ZERO salsa for customers to eat with their chips. This is hours before close and they have NOTHING. We even asked an employee for some and they went into the back and said they were all out. How does a place like this have no salsa for chips?

literally the best place ever, i’ve gone here for as long as i can remember and everything is always top tier. from the costumer service to the food i have zero complaints. personally the chicken quesadillas always hit and the accommodations they make just make the experience all the much better!
