The food was bland but the prices are pricey. This was my first time visiting, and I asked if it was similar to Chipotle. The worker said it is better than Chipotle, but I personally found that to be far from the truth. Seating felt very clustered, and it made the experience frustrating. I do have to say that the customer service was great. I personally would not go out of my way to give this place a second try.
The overweight man with the goatee is pretty awful. Wouldn't even help get my 3 year old a small drink of tap water. Where is the customer service in this horrible world? Everyone else that works here is nice.
If yall are in Jacksonville mall area, stop by Moe's there, show them some love!
