Horrible food. I lived in Okinawa so I’m picky about Asian food. I just spent $50 on trash. The kitchen is nasty looking. A roach ran by me on the floor. The cashier had a bad attitude. Never again.

We ate here many times but will not go back ever! The last time I went here the latino female on the phone was VERY RUDE TO ME!!!!! I was trying to place an order and she yelled at me calling me a bitch and a cunt. Customers were seated in the restaurant eating at the time. It was Dec. 2023. I looked over at the Chinese guy cooking the food because he I think he might be the owner of this place. He just looked at us and went back to cooking. I honestly can not believe anyone who owns a place would allow an employee to cuss a customer out in front of everyone eating. If I were her boss I would have fired her on the spot. The place is never very clean anyway. She also chased me out of the restaurant when I tried to leave still yelling bad words at me. It was really embarrassing and unprofessional. Their food never tasted very fresh anyway. There are many other places in town with much better chinese food.

Been eating here for years now, before I had a family I would go with friends, and finally introduced it to my family recently and it was hit with then too. Made me super happy bc this is one of the comfort food places I enjoy going to! Cheap good foods!

Updated: 5 stars and added a Pic of a small fry. I mean a healthy size for it to be small. I love this place lol. I'll buy frys from one place and chilli N cheese from cookout. This also became my new fry spot. We may as well be family now!They have LUMPIA'S!! An look at the size of these mfkas! What???..My usual spot was Great Wall but they didn't have bourbon chicken nor do they have lumpia's so, for that reason alone I now drive 15mins to this Chinese spot. These lumpia's are perfect! and so is the bourbon chicken. As for atmosphere... I'd most definitely recommend and the lady that was working today seemed real friendly and even offered if I'd like more soy or duck sauce. We all know most want to up charge for sauce now days. So she earned them them 5 stars for service. This place is my go to Chinese, lumpia and fry spot from now on. literally was appalled by how my husband and I were treated she spoke words I don't ever hear come out of a female's mouth I know we don't deserve to be treated that way especially when we found hair in our food and that's why we even spoke up in the first place the audacity Been buy from here for bit but they just lost our business

I use to love their good at New China. I just ordered my normal order and my food was delivered on time. My food was cold, soggy chicken, nasty rice, and instead of an egg roll they gave me a cold old spring roll. I will not be reordering. Definitely not

I was ordering my food at 1:15 over the phone I called back At 3:20 I gave him a little while to prepare the food or what not and the lady on the phone she was like oh, we don’t have an order placed for you and I paid over the phone. I don’t know what they got going on but I am most definitely going to report this and I have the proof that they took $21.36 out of my card but Apparently, no one knows

I was a faithful Shoguns customer until the food potions shrank and quality dropped. This is my first time ordering from here. The spring rolls are amazing, the curry chicken is perfect! The general Tao’s is perfect, the shrimp lo mein is perfect, and the pu pu platter for 2 is perfect! The serving size is exceptional!! The only thing I didn’t love was the pork fried rice, it’s not bad it’s just not as amazing as everything else. I can’t wait until we order again, I have so many different things I want to try. The price is great and serving sizes were larger than I was expecting! I rarely leave feedback but wanted to make sure I did for this!
It’s the location that really throws it down a star for me, but the food was really good and they give you a good amount of fortune cookies.

Quality has gone way down over the years we had been ordering for a long time but never again. Last week we wanted hibachi and sushi I ordered the sushi tried to order hibachi they told me they didn't do hibachi that day I said ok I'll call back I don't know what I wanted. We ended up ordering something else and never calling back but an hour later someone is showing up at my door with sushi. We told the driver we told the girl on the phone we would call back and never did he says ok and leaves. Today we tried to order they put my husband on hold and then told him they were only doing prepaid orders. Obviously it's because of what happened so we won't be ordering again the food quality has been terrible that last year or so anyway.

I'm the past I have been missing items in my order and would have to go back and get the missing items, it's not small stuff like sauces or things like that it's like the rice is missing, they haven't forgotten anything the past few times I have gotten it but I always make sure to double check that everything is in the bag before leaving
