The rice yellow,white and ham fried rice was good the roasted chicken was good the fried wings would have been great but the flour they coat the wings in have a unique taste that I’m not found of. The egg rolls weren’t the best but it went well with the rice and roasted chicken combination I had.

The customer service. There was really awful. The waitress kept reaching over us the whole time. Never saying excuse me, kept bumping into our arm like it basically gave us the ticket like pushing us out, and we wasn't even there a whole hour. The waitress was very rude, very rude. So then to tell the manager about it. And he say, point her out and then he said, come back again. No, we aint coming back again. That lady was rude. It's very bad customer service.I do not recommend

Staff kept arguing with each other and we felt rushed receiving the check after our first plate. The server then kept asking if we were done with plates that we were still eating off of. Was trying to make sure my friends were having a good time but this definitely shot it down.

Worst food ever Luke warm . Saw them out new food over too of old dried up food. Nast curtains which had mold on them floors 🤢🤮. How does this place continue to stay open? Will never go back . I suggest no one to go. I was wanting to give a negative 1 star. Do better or close up shop.

I wouldn’t eat here unless you want food poisoning. The chicken nuggets they were serving were McDonald’s chicken nuggets. God knows how old they were. All of their fried foods tasted old, which tells me that they most likely aren’t cleaning their fryer. Tbh I would hate to see what their freezers look like considering they serve fish, chicken, AND beef. The server was also so rude

DO NOT EAT HERE! Worse experience I've ever had at a restaurant, like ever. My boyfriend got food poisoning from this restaurant and is currently throwing up. There was a bug floating at the top of my water thank god I saw it before I drank fork the cup. The customer service was terrible and they act like they don't want to do their jobs. The waitresses were rude and unfriendly. I could write a five page essay about everything wrong with this place but bottom line is I would never recommend this place not even to my WORSE ENEMY. I'm going to see if I can take legal action against this.

WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! FOOD WAS BAD.!!!! First I will say the woman at the registered was very nice and very helpful. She is the reason i Only I gave service 2 stars. Only saw the waitress 2 times. Once for set up and once to bring the check and take our plates. My friend and I were spending the day in Jacksonville going thrift shopping. Decided to stop here for lunch. Was seated quickly and our drinks and silverware were also brought out quickly... My first plate was Green Beans, Sweet and Sour Chicken with the dipping sauce and 1 piece of Garlic Bread. Green Beand were ok, just luke warm. Sweet and sour Chicken tasted like it was fried in fish oil. Only took 1 bite. Garlic bread was also ok, just luke warm. 2nd plate. Shrimp Cocktail with dipping sauce. And cucumbers. Shrimp was on ice so was cold. Cucumbers were room temperature. Within 30 minutes of leaving I started feeling sick. Had to cut our shopping trip short. Barely made it home to New Bern. Spent the rest of the day and night in the bathroom (literally). Won't get gross. Worst case of food poisoning i have had in a long time. Almost went to the er. LIKE I SAID. NEVER GOUNG BACK!!!.

Me and my husband and I went here for a date night after a hiatus for several months after an incident with a server. Deciding to give this place another chance, the food was still just as good if not a little subpar for the beginning of a dinner rush... but the service has continued to slip into madness.
The first incident was a waitress insisting we tip (unfortunately, at the time we couldn't and already felt bad, sometimes you are just only able to feed yourself....) We'll after demanding a tip, we said politely that we couldn't after having the receipt shoved in our face only to have it snatched out of my husband's hands.
This time around, when it got to a natural lul in the dining experience, I was still finishing my last plate. The waitress was already cramming the receipt down our throat and me with a muscle in one hand, getting ready to dip it in cocktail sauce the waitress already took my plate( that had food on it) and cocktail sauce and just ignored my husband's empty plate.... thank you for not asking if I was done or not...
The moral of the story is that the food is halfway decent, and the service is just declining rapidly.
