As a Mac and cheese fanatic, I would recommend this place to anyone. I got the pulled pork bbq Mac and it was delicious. Service was good. Cook was friendly. Calm and relaxed vibe to the whole place.

My daughter and I came to jacksonville.to.drop my grands off ended up trying out noodles and company. The service was wonderful the food was amazing and super hot. We really enjoyed the whole experience

My son loves noodles so we had to try this one, I must say I'm extremely impressed, the service is outstanding which set a great tone to the actual food, it was phenomenal, fantastic portions, appealing to the eye and quite delicious! Thanks y'all we will definitely make a return trip!

I ordered two Pasta Fresca with extra sauce. One of the dishes was char-broiled and neither of them seemed to have sauce at all. I called and was told the dish isn’t a saucy dish as if I don’t know plain seasoned noodles. The included pic is AFTER adding the side of sauce. There’s was also two onions and no spinach in either of the dishes. I should also add someone has been extremely heavy with the seasoning lately. Honestly it tastes like salty vinegar noodles and I will not be eating this or returning.

I am extremely upset. I am a DoorDash driver, and I arrived at Noodles & Company to pick up an order for a customer. The cashier, Anthony, falsely claimed that another Dasher had already picked it up. I asked for a copy of the receipt and went to confirm with the customer, who informed me they had not received their food.
I called the store to report that the customer never got their order, and Anthony began backtracking on his original statement. He then told me to come in so they could remake the order. By the time he said this, it was already 9:50 PM. When I asked for his name, he hung up on me.
When I spoke with the General Manager, she made excuses about them being short-staffed and said Anthony had been working six days a week. That does not excuse lying to me, mishandling the order, or hanging up the phone. I’ve been working seven days a week, and I still treat people with respect and do my job professionally.
She showed no concern for the situation and offered no apology. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful. It has jeopardized my only source of income, and I take my job seriously. I expect better treatment and accountability from the businesses I work with.

I used to absolutely love this place. For the last few times I’ve ordered, the cheesy garlic bread hasn’t even been cooked/toasted. They completely changed the Mac n cheese recipe and the “Parmesan” on the spaghetti now is awful.

When we walked in the cashier loudly said to the kitchen staff in front of us, "I remember the rich white kids dance to this song in college" and then looked at us. This comment did not make us feel welcome. We will not be returning. The food was decent.

I decided to stop in for a quick bite. I sat in waiting for my food for about 30 mins listening to the servers talking about fighting, jumping someone, getting high, dropping f bombs, and literally the fact there there were customers with young children in the place. Most unprofessional situation I have seen in a long time. Get it together fellas leave the personal conversation for after work.
