There’s never anyone in the restaurant but still somehow it takes entirely too long for an order.

I’ve had food from here before and it was very good. Today was disappointing. The staff was wonderful, however the floors look like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. The noodles in our two meals were either super al dente or dried out. Our one dish was chicken Alfredo with very little sauce. Very dry. We noticed a strong smell when we came in a saw a worker cutting up a huge pile of broccoli. I sure hope that explains the odor. It’ll be a while before we go back🙁
I arrived here at 4pm (prior to the dinner rush) there was a total of 5 customers in the entire building. I ordered my food and proceeded to sit for the next 35 min for the 4 employees to make a Basil pesto. Needless to say I learned my lesson.

I didn't even order food it was so bad, the place was disgusting. The staff acted like I was a burden to them and it wasn't even an option to pay with my phone, overall I felt dirty even walking in there. The staff were rude and the payment setup is straight out of 2014. I would not recommend going

Normally this location is incredibly slow and I let it slide, because I normally go in the late afternoon. I’m here at 1 on a Saturday, and of the 3 people (why only 3?) working the entire store, one is ignoring a line of 7 people to help the line cooks, and one of the cooks is just standing, drinking water looking at the line build. Once the employee addressed the line of people, she did so with a nasty attitude and AirPods in her ears.
On top of it all, I placed my order on the app and waited 30 minutes past my expected ready time. The lady who handled the line and told me it would almost be ready shoved the bag into my hand and walked away without a word, and then I proceeded to have to go back and ask for my drink. I haven’t seen a store this dysfunctional in a while.

The staff was respectful and the food was really good (just wish the Alfredo had a bit more sauce though)

The quality of the food and the attitude of the employees that I’ve noticed lately has me thinking there is new, poor management. The food quality has decreased from burning parm-crusted chicken to gross, soggy eggs as well as the customer service. A woman who has been working here for quite some time who has always been positive and brings a smile to your face was clearly overwhelmed from doing everything (meaning she had no help) and clearly not in the mood (which….no help will do that to someone). Management needs to figure it out, either hire more/new people or be better so that your team actually cares about the work they produce.

I usually have good experiences with this place, but tonight after watching front person throw a small bowl of chicken noodle soup in a regular bowl and filling the rest with broth I don’t feel the same. I checked it before I left and there was literally one piece of chicken in the whole bowl, what was supposed to be a regular chicken noodle. Ask front person, a young lady, about it and she got an attitude and walked off calling out to I’m guessing the manager on duty. He arrived saw the one piece of chicken and gave more, but came off as I was bothering him when I asked for crackers. I regularly order chicken noodle soup when I do order and everything from the crackers to the amount of soup with chicken is appropriate. Tonight it seems like I was bothering them for wanting my order how it should be. Can’t say I’ll be back, do better. It’s nothing to correct your wrong pleasantly and the attitudes were unnecessary. Also maybe try having a more welcoming environment.

This establishment is a joke. Two of three orders we placed had burnt chicken. My husband requested the plates to be remade. The staff behaved rudely and acted highly inconvenienced instead of embarrassed for serving something so gross to their costumers. After a short rude argument they agreed to remake them. Only to turn around and give us back more burnt chicken. Then proceed to say that that’s not burnt chicken.
My husband, child and I are to not believe our eyes and taste buds either, as the picture clearly shows, the chicken wasn’t burnt.
Also, let me add the restaurant smells like chuckEcheese did back when it was in business. It was such a pungent smell our family dined our burnt chicken outdoors.
Don’t waste your time and money here.

Ordered the Buffalo Mac & Cheese and the Lemon Garlic Shrimp Scampi to go. Both dishes had decent flavor and the staff was friendly and helpful. Solid experience overall. Will definitely give it another try.

As a Mac and cheese fanatic, I would recommend this place to anyone. I got the pulled pork bbq Mac and it was delicious. Service was good. Cook was friendly. Calm and relaxed vibe to the whole place.
Would recommend visiting
Great selection and flavor.
