Food was ok however they didn't seem to have their mess together. Like how do you get the plates confused when everyone is in a single filed line.

If you notice the time that I placed the order to the time I actually received it, you will know why this place is going downhill. Having problems in the past waiting for your order to be made in store, I decided to use the mobile app hoping to skip the wait. I placed an order at 5:26pm and said it should be ready by 5:45pm. I arrived at 6pm thinking it would be ready, which it was not even attempted yet. The panicked girl was looking for my order that has not even been started yet. Her and another guy started to make my order realizing it wasn’t started. After the order was finished it sat on the to go table for another 5 minutes before being bagged. I saw the same guy that made my order about to place it on the to go rack and had to stop him. 6:18pm is when I finally received my order. It’s not just Panda it’s the location. The two on base are in and out with your order, not waiting. Save your time folks. If you have base access just make the drive, or just expect to wait around an hour for your food.

They will accept your delivery order, have the dasher come to the store and then say that they are closed. Why accept the order, have DoorDash send someone, just to do that? We ordered at 9:50, yes I know it was on the later side, but you don’t close until 10pm, you should have a delivery cut off about 30 mins before you close. I won’t be ordering anytime soon.

My mom and I stopped by earlier this afternoon and went inside this time. The restaurant was nice and clean, the food was really good, and the service was amazing. Michael helped us and he was super friendly and helpful.

I usually don’t eat inside Panda Express, but my daughter and I did this time and were pleasantly surprised. Michael the manager was super friendly and the customer service was great. Definitely better than what I’m used to. We’ll be back!

Solid meal, would recommend! 🍜 The Orange Chicken is a classic for a reason - crispy, flavorful, and packs a nice sweet kick. The Teriyaki Chicken was a bit undercooked for my taste, but the portion was generous. Service was quick and friendly. Maybe work on the cooking time? Overall, a reliable spot for a quick Chinese-American fix. 👍

Did an online order at 8:24 pm was filled by 8:27 pm got there before 8:30 waited till 8:50 for someone to get my food after telling them the name for my order when we got there THEN got home and there was HAIR IN MY FOOD

Don’t come here unless you are ready to wait at LEAST 30 minutes, potentially an hour, in store or through the drive through. You may have the great idea to order ahead to give them plenty of time to get your food ready, but they may just shut down their lobby so you still have to wait an hour in the wrapped around the store drive through line to get it! I love panda in general, but I will never eat here again.

So we didn’t asked for the 50% off but I was very thankful when she told us our bill was only 10.16 instead of the 20.60 because we got food close to closing time. So when I handed my card expecting only to be charge 10.16 when she told us that was our total that’s what it should have been. But with out telling us they charged us for full price if she would of told me before charging my card I wouldn’t be mad but they thought I wouldn’t notice and I’m very upset they failed to communicate with us . Honestly that’s some bs

They screw door dashers over. They ignore us. I always get a ding on my on time rating and it brings my score down. Yall need to come up with a better system. It’s not fair to us or to your customers. FIX IT.
