Don’t come here unless you are ready to wait at LEAST 30 minutes, potentially an hour, in store or through the drive through. You may have the great idea to order ahead to give them plenty of time to get your food ready, but they may just shut down their lobby so you still have to wait an hour in the wrapped around the store drive through line to get it! I love panda in general, but I will never eat here again.

So we didn’t asked for the 50% off but I was very thankful when she told us our bill was only 10.16 instead of the 20.60 because we got food close to closing time. So when I handed my card expecting only to be charge 10.16 when she told us that was our total that’s what it should have been. But with out telling us they charged us for full price if she would of told me before charging my card I wouldn’t be mad but they thought I wouldn’t notice and I’m very upset they failed to communicate with us . Honestly that’s some bs

They screw door dashers over. They ignore us. I always get a ding on my on time rating and it brings my score down. Yall need to come up with a better system. It’s not fair to us or to your customers. FIX IT.

After sitting in the drive through for 40 minutes there’s a delay on one of my items. She tells me it’ll be 5 minutes and to pull around front. Almost 20 minutes pass and nothing. I ended up having to go in and get my food.

⭐️⭐️ Panda Express Review – Needs Serious Improvement in Service & Preparedness

I typically enjoy Panda Express, but this location really missed the mark. The service was painfully slow, and it was clear the staff was overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the crowd. During my visit, multiple menu items were out of stock, and customers—including myself—were left waiting 20 to 30 minutes just to get a basic order.

Lines stretched out the door, and people were clearly frustrated. Some even left without ordering because the wait time was just too long. It seemed like poor planning or staffing was the root of the issue because the team looked short-handed and stressed.

Panda Express is known for fast, reliable service and consistent food availability—but that was not the case here. I hope management takes a hard look at staffing levels, food prep, and overall efficiency. This location has potential, but it needs serious adjustments to meet even basic customer expectations.

Not sure I’ll be back anytime soon unless I hear things have improved.

This location is so disorganized. Manager only cares about the book and has no common sense. Online orders can be done on the back behind the cashier, however no one will give it to you until all the instore customers are helped. All you have to do is turn around and call out names. More than one person should be able to do this

As a manager i will say the manager on duty tonight definitely needs some work and didn't handle the situation how i believe a manager should, but the building and parking lot were full + they seemed short staffed and every other employee on the floor was working so hard! i didn't get names but especially the tall gentleman and the short girl with dark hair that were on the front line even with rude customers yelling and complaining at them tonight they did a outstanding job!

Honestly, everybody in this review section is very entitled. I have a friend who works at another establishment in Winston Salem and I can definitely say they are all packed to the brim with people after lunch. There’s 20+ items on the table at one time that all need to be made as they are ordered. You mean to tell me the people in this comment section are unhappy about a wait time like it the individuals at the front of the desk fault, my question is why is there only 2 stoves for 30 items. I asked one time and how long it takes to make one item and I was told 5-6 minutes… you mean to tell me each item takes 5-6 minutes and these people over here complaining about a wait time??? People are way too entitled at Panda Express and these reviews show it. I absolutely loved the customer service in the establishment, I was able to get the name of 2 individuals, Sam and John, they are absolutely the reason why my review is what it is. They tried their hardest to keep up with a 30 customer establishment including me. I was greeted apon walking in, and able to get my food. Even though it was a wait I understood. Those workers up front and in the back do not stop moving, and it’s something that shouldn’t be undermined.

me and my boyfriend came here last night and ordered one plate, one bowl. after our order was placed the man who took them down for us was named john and he wrote the order and pushed our plates to the side, and spent 25 minutes of leaving it there while working on people’s food who had just gotten there as well as already checking them out, when our orders were taken way beforehand. after another lady picked up our empty plates and asked john who’s they were, they looked at us and and pointed, exchanging recognition that it was ours, then proceeded to laugh and shrug about it while me and my partner watched. they then put the plates back to the side and continued working on other orders, who also came in far after us, for another 15 minutes, obvious they disregarded our orders. we were on a quick schedule and had to leave, so we left without our food because it should not take over 40 minutes to make some orders when all the food we asked for was cooked and made on display the entire time! this is by far the worst location i’ve ever stopped at.
