As a manager i will say the manager on duty tonight definitely needs some work and didn't handle the situation how i believe a manager should, but the building and parking lot were full + they seemed short staffed and every other employee on the floor was working so hard! i didn't get names but especially the tall gentleman and the short girl with dark hair that were on the front line even with rude customers yelling and complaining at them tonight they did a outstanding...
Despite being busy they work very efficiently and always have refills ready for the entrees when they run low. Gemma filled my gf and i’s bigger plates to the brim, definitely worth the money, she was amazing!
For the first time going there I beside myself, I wanted the whole bar. I think that is my Chinese restaurant for down here. They ran out of the shrimp I posted and within minutes I had fresh shrimp. The service was excellent, and the price was good. For Chinese I’m going there.
