Now they have someone who don’t speak English when you order. Then on top of that you can’t seem to take away stuff you don’t like on your pizza… I haven’t ordered papa John’s in many years and you can bet I won’t order again from them! They need to bring back the papa John’s I remember in the 90s!!!!!!!! The prices are not worth it either I’ll stick to Pizza Hut and Domino’s

I usually order online, but for some reason, it would not allow me to do so, so I called to place my order. When I received my order, not only did I not get everything I ordered, but the customer service was atrocious. This was the South Wilmington Highway store; my advice is to stay away from it.

The worst part of my experience with Papa John's was when I called to place a delivery order, only to discover that they use DoorDash for delivery without disclosing this information. Since I live on a military base, DoorDash drivers are not permitted to enter, and I require delivery directly to my door. The driver ultimately left my order on the sidewalk at the main center, rather than delivering it to my doorstep. I spoke with the manager, Randy, to express my disappointment and confusion, but he responded unprofessionally and showed no concern for the issue. When I expressed my frustration, stating that I couldn't believe they would charge such a high price for delivery only to leave my order on the sidewalk, he became defensive. I clarified that, although DoorDash was involved, I had placed the order through Papa John's. After checking on the status of my order, I found that it had been taken. I was extremely dissatisfied with the experience and believe that the general manager should be replaced. I have already emailed the company to report the incident, and I look forward to their response and not ignored the issue like the general manager did. The phone ordering center is terrible. Stop trying to upsell and just take the order. Spent entirely too long on the phone to order what we knew we already wanted. Furthermore, the person was hard to understand.

Ordinarily my wife enjoys pizza alot more than I do, and I don't enjoy being a "kill joy" when pizza enters our conversation. Recently, after a discussion regarding ingredients she ordered us a thin crust pizza with Everything, except fish. Our order came to just under $30 bucks, BUT it was Absolutely The BEST pizza I've ever shared with my wife. The manager of the Jacksonville NC store told us their "the Works" pizza was what we received, and henceforth when we order ANY pizza, it Will come from Papa John's Pizza, hands down.

Just got pizza from there the pizza was so thin it stuck to the box and the cheese was a blob in the middle. Was nothing to eat because it stuck to the middle of the box! It was a waste of 30 dollars!

I ordered three pizzas from papa John’s and used their website deals. I was supposed to get one large pizza with up to 5 toppings or any large specialty ($15.99). I got ham, pineapple, and 1/2 jalapeños. Then I ordered two papa pairings for $6.99 each. I got one pizza and they denied that I even ordered the other items. The total cost was ~$36.00.
Take out, was ready on time made perfect! Staff were friendly and assisted with my order. Stayed hot all the way into Richlands! If you’re shopping in the Yopp Walmart or Lowe’s this is a good spot to hit.
