I had to put a star but this establishment does not deserve even the one. Rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate crew. I walked in and the blonde young lady looked me in my face, she never said hello or anything and after serving the person at the counter, she walked away as if she did not see me. What makes it worse is the manager was working directly in front of the counter and never said hello, have you been helped? or anything. He just kept looking up at me standing there waiting to be served and never said a word. For me to be assisted, I had to ask the older delivery guy who came in a while after me for assistance. This entire crew with the exception of the delivery guy needs to be relieved of their duties. Disrespectfully. Choose another location if you want common decency. Never again.

These people are physically incapable of reading instructions. Doesn't seem to matter what day or time. I've ordered the thing 10+ times & they've NEVER gotten it right. I've obviously learned to check while I'm standing there picking it up, but to top it off they literally never apologize or even pretend to care. They usually just seem annoyed. Like excuse me for wanting my order correct. 9nce I get what I ordered the food has always been good tho which is the only reason I go back.

Randy is absolutely phenomenal. Goes above and beyond!! Customer service at the highest level Iāve seen. Randy was the only one working this location. Not only was he making the pizzas answering the phones and running the cash register all by himself. With a smile on his face. Randy is a rockstar and absolutely deserves the biggest race Iāve ever seen Randy keep doing you man!!
Husband did take out here from here tonight. The girl who made our pizza š did an excellent job. Probably one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Plenty of toppings and cheese š§. Couldn't be happier. Thank you š

Now they have someone who donāt speak English when you order. Then on top of that you canāt seem to take away stuff you donāt like on your pizzaā¦ I havenāt ordered papa Johnās in many years and you can bet I wonāt order again from them! They need to bring back the papa Johnās I remember in the 90s!!!!!!!! The prices are not worth it either Iāll stick to Pizza Hut and Dominoās

I usually order online, but for some reason, it would not allow me to do so, so I called to place my order. When I received my order, not only did I not get everything I ordered, but the customer service was atrocious. This was the South Wilmington Highway store; my advice is to stay away from it.

The worst part of my experience with Papa John's was when I called to place a delivery order, only to discover that they use DoorDash for delivery without disclosing this information. Since I live on a military base, DoorDash drivers are not permitted to enter, and I require delivery directly to my door. The driver ultimately left my order on the sidewalk at the main center, rather than delivering it to my doorstep. I spoke with the manager, Randy, to express my disappointment and confusion, but he responded unprofessionally and showed no concern for the issue. When I expressed my frustration, stating that I couldn't believe they would charge such a high price for delivery only to leave my order on the sidewalk, he became defensive. I clarified that, although DoorDash was involved, I had placed the order through Papa John's. After checking on the status of my order, I found that it had been taken. I was extremely dissatisfied with the experience and believe that the general manager should be replaced. I have already emailed the company to report the incident, and I look forward to their response and not ignored the issue like the general manager did. (The picture was send to me by the DoorDash that they had left the pizza there )

The phone ordering center is terrible. Stop trying to upsell and just take the order. Spent entirely too long on the phone to order what we knew we already wanted. Furthermore, the person was hard to understand.
