Papa Johns Pizza

I paid $4.99 for delivery and had to wait 3 hours for my pizzas and wings to arrive. Wings were not well done like I asked and the pizzas were wrong. This is the second time I tried this place. I’m done.

It was Christmas eve and they were still working their hearts out, very much appreciated and the pizza was absolutely delicious, as well as that everyone was very nice and seemed to work really good as a team, thank you very much!

Pizza maker dumped cheese on my pizza making it inedible. Called manager response was,"Sorry, the pizza maker is new." No offer to remake, just sucks to be me. The cookie was burnt. Gonna talk to a real manager in the daytime.

Do you really want to know why their stock price is falling? It's because they say they are open until 12:00am on Friday and Saturday BUT they stop pickup orders at 10:00pm. REALLY!!! It takes you 2 hours to close your store. YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR OPERATING HOURS.

See attached photo. I wound up getting a full refund from the district manager, but not before getting terrible service and a shift manager who avoided any responsibility. My pizza had 2 large circles completely void of cheese sauce or toppings. It was made wrong, cut while clearly wrong, boxed while visibly wrong, and handed to me with a smile on their face and eminem blaring over their speakers in the cooking area. When I called, the "manager" named stephen refused to give me any contact information for his leadership, and so I had to file an official complaint to get a response. Both locations in Jacksonville are terrible. I went to Piney Green for pickup that day because the other location takes over an hour to deliver despite my house being less than 3 miles from them. Dominos has my order here in 20-25 minutes most times. I love, or at least used to love papa johns pizza, but without having a reliable location in the city or any leadership to get them under control, I will have to order elsewhere.

I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, writing reviews, and if this issue is not remedied filing a report with the authorities for tip fraud. The tip percentages are incorrect, and this is complicit or due to incompetence, neither are good for business.

Went in to order some pizza and I was waiting in line. Well I happen to look over and watch the guy preparing the pizza. This guy had hair to his back just in a pony tail with a cap over his hair. No hair net at all hair all puffed out from underneath the hat. Hair could have easily fallen into the food. I looked at the other staff and no one had hair nets. The establishment looked like it needed a good cleaning. I just decided to pass and left without ordering.
