My family came from Virginia to visit my older brother, and we stopped by this pho restaurant this morning . The two staffs who served us ( I believe they might be sisters) were so sweet and attentive . They checked on us often and even took their time to help us take some nice photos .Impeccable service and excellent dishes. I’ll definitely come back next time.

Celine and Ariel are super polite and very friendly when you get to know them. I love this place, I usually get the chicken teriyaki skewers and a P17. Their sizes are huge so be prepared. Priced are great for the food you’ll receive. I am addicted to this place, I visit them a few times a month. Highly recommended!

Food is really good honestly some of the best pho in the area but the service sucks. I only ever go back cause of how good the food is. Servers never check up on you , if you need anything you have to let them know multiple times because they forget. I’ve had a couple of mess ups on my order too and if I need something I always have to go up to the front to ask for it. I went to go pay once and they had me standing up there for 5 minutes cause they were all on their phone sitting in front of the cash register. A shame because it kills the dining experience most of the times .

Pho 7 is awesome! The broth is super flavorful and comforting, and you can tell it’s made with care. Portions are big enough to fill you up but still leave you wanting more. The noodles and toppings are always fresh, and everything just hits the spot.
The vibe inside is relaxed and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and quick to help. It’s the kind of place you can swing by for a casual meal and know you’ll leave happy every time.
Great food. The Bahn Mi is a go to, paired with the papaya salad is a game changer. Don’t let the small strip mall appearance fool you, big time flavor. I love the return policy, don’t worry you won’t have to use it. Best place in Jacksonville.
