It was very sad & disheartening to receive the pizza. Not sure if staff read the special instructions. I asked for light toppings, by the time i finish picking off half of toppings all was left was bread. The pizza & bread sticks, burnt. I forgot why i didn't eat pizza hut as much, remember now, no pride in food prep.

First time visiting this location. Outside is meh (needs a facelift, but somdo most things on the road lol ), but the pizza was ready fast, made perfectly, and the gentleman at the pickup window was very pleasant and polite. I especially appreciate the fact they have a pickup window! Haven't been inside, so can't comment on that.

Paid $26 this evening for burnt food. I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza along with an Alfredo pasta and breadsticks. I paid $4 extra to get stuffed crust and extra cheese. All the breadsticks were tough as hell and the pasta/pizza was burnt. The pasta is stuck to the sides from being overcooked and my son could not eat the pizza. I also wasn’t about to deal with going back uptown 20 minutes up the road or go through the trouble of waiting on it to get fixed. So instead his supper was to eat the cheese out of every single piece of pizza since the crust and pizza was to hard for him to chew or swallow. I wish it would allow me to post a photo but I won’t be going back to this location for sure. Haven’t had pizza in months from Pizza Hut but wish I chose a different location.
Unattentive staff, cold pizza....STAFF sat there and looked at me for 20 minutes and when another customer of another race comes in...all of a sudden they want to come out and help the customers.This location will be gone in 2 years or less.They did have a 98 sanitation/food score

I had a SNAFU with last night’s delivery from this store, NO ONE’S fault, just one of those things.I went into the store this morning to resolve the matter & was impressed enough with the customer service and fix to write this review. Food quality was on par with any Pizza Hut I have ever eaten.From my experience, you cannot go wrong ordering from this location.
