I called around 10:15 on a Monday and was met with a very rude and sassy gentleman on the line. I simply wanted to order a personal pizza, but he claimed he didn’t know what I was talking about. I politely asked if there was someone else I could speak with since I always come in for a personal pan pizza and his response was, “Well, if you always come in…” That was my cue to hang up before my mouth said something it shouldn’t. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from this Pizza Hut again. Wishing “Mr. Sassy” a blessed and highly flavored day!

ordered online spent $90 including tip for driver never came so we went there said didn’t receive our order so we paid another $35 for 2 pizzas tried to act like we was at wrong store hope to get this resolved but so far we are SOL

Well $20 for a personal pizza and 6 wings. Dip sauce extra wow! Given carry out without a bag and grubby finger marks all over the pizza box. Shopped at Pizza Hut 3 times in a month, 1 of 3 a good experience. Let’s see if Dominos can do better, done with Pizza Hut.

I was just there to pick up a DoorDash order and the manager greeted me at the door and informed me that an associate would be with me shortly. There was only one person working in the store and they were actively making food trying to keep up with the orders coming in. Another customer came in and he greeted them the same way and then proceeded to walk around to the back and harass the one employee making food. Whoever that manager is should be fired. That is an insane way to treat customers and your employees.

Ordered the Big Dinner Box with breadsticks and boneless buffalo wings. The box was sealed when I picked it up, but when I got home and opened it, I was disappointed to find that instead of the two deep rectangular pizzas I ordered, I received two hand-tossed pizzas. I left a note through the survey, and while the manager did contact me, they didn’t offer any help, just attitude. I wasn’t asking for much, just the deep dish pizzas I paid for. Unfortunately, the customer service made a frustrating situation even worse.

This is the second time I ordered delivery and it was almost an hour later than it said it would be.
Prices aren’t the same as advertised in store, took me turning their own sign around to show the price for them to quit arguing. Then was told “I’d really like to help but in the computer it says this” while this is going on there’s a cook with his pants halfway down his scratching it while standing near the food. Thankfully the order was a combination of free coupon and store credit from their last mess up so I don’t feel too bad about these pizzas going right in the trash

I transferred here from MCAS Yuma about 2 yrs ago & this Pizza Hut is a 10. I've tried 4 different pizzas & 3 pasta dishes and all of them were top notch. I eat out 3 times a week I would highly recommend this place for all.

This store needs better management. Staff handling trash and using cellphones without gloves, then proceeding to make people’s food. Highly do not recommend if elderly or new borns are eating here , you’ll want a strong immune system!
