Of the ones I’ve been to in town I’ve found this one to be the best quality and most consistent with its product. Their location is kind of tucked away from the main spots of Jacksonville but I think it’s worth going to them. Only gave a 4 star because I think Pizza Hut as a company just doesn’t have the best quality food these days and that part isn’t the fault of this restaurant but the company

Took 1.5 hrs for a 25-35 min delivery estimate. Pizza arrived cold. When we tried to call the store phone answered and immediately placed on hold and was never answered after being on hold for 20 min.

The one star is for the young man who delivered otherwise it would be no stars. He was super polite and apologetic. Our food was cold, disgusting, and not worth the money. Order from dominos. Our food is always hot from there.

I made an order at 6pm and was told it would be delivered by 7:01pm. 7:50 comes around and nothing. I called the number to get an update and got transferred to a line that hung up the call. I called over five times with no way of getting in contact with the store. When I asked customer service to get in contact with the store for me they said there was nothing they can do. The last service representative told me that they would transfer me to a manager and once again the call ended. Incredibly unhelpful, rude and never delivered my food.

Order was 30 minutes late, partly cold, cheese sticks almost burnt, and no topping on cheese sticks or pizza crusts. Disappointed this time but the only store that delivers to our house, so not much choice to use a different one.

I havent had a pizza hut pizza in many many years and was very disappointed. It wasnt cooked enough and the pan pizza was nothing like I remember. Very little toppings and definitely not cooked enough. The dough wasnt cooked all the way through.

the 3 orders of apple pies we ordered must have been the last in the box because they were all broken and some had no apple pie stuff in them, they were stuck together and and cracked the order was just undesirable to want to eat and the kids were not happy, the pizza had to go into the oven and be cooked a little more because it looked like it was not cooked completely, I do not know if there is something wrong with the temperature of the pizza oven that cooks the pizza. Over all not a good experience this time.
