I have used two of your establishments (New River Valley and Roanoke) for catering of sales meetings within a week's time (10/19 & 10/26). Service and the food was great; however, I feel as if I have been taken advantage of for I was charged completely different prices for basicly the same order. The Roanoke order was the same as the New River Valley except I added a half pan of Brownies and a half pan of cookies to the order. The larger order from Roanoke actually cost me $57.36 less than my order from Christiansburg. I use your locations often (Roanoke, Lynchburg, Harrisonburg, Christiansburg, & Beckley) for my breakfast meetings. I also use the corporate locations in NC from time to time. I am very disappointed in the disparity of pricing in locations 35 miles apart within 7 days time. I anxiously await a response. I have an order placed with your location in Beckley, WV for 11/2 for which I haven't yet received pricing. If I don't hear back I will assume you don't care and I will take my business elsewhere.
