Absolutely terrible and only did I wait 15 minutes just to be acknowledge just for the shift manager to finally take my order wow she spoke to me with an extreme disgust attitude which did not want to be doing her job she rolled her eyes at me when I asked her politely if I can get and mashed potatoes and my gravy on the side I was referred to as a annoying white person in a derogatory comment while she walked to the back I think we all have bad days but that was just one of the most rude and obnoxious I don't want to be a caring but I got to be a Karen how is treated incredibly poorly the food was crappy and normally love Popeye's Chicken but like this is really messed up I will not be bringing myself or my crew my my coworkers back to the store

They refused to acknowledge me for 20 minutes and then when they finally said something to me they refused to give me my food. I assume it was laziness and they didn’t want to make it. This isn’t the first time I have had a bad experience with this Popeyes.

Dont go here and dont order thru uber eats as pick up. They gave my order away to somebody else. If I could rate them 0 I would.

Ordered about $25 worth of food to the wrong Popeyes . I called Popeyes immediately I was told thanks for calling I’ll keep an eye out for it and won’t make the order while we wait for an email back from Popeyes. They basically told us no refund and we get to keep your money for food we sold someone else!

Stood in line and in middle of ordering the manager told the clerk to take food out door, he came back and ignored me and started standing around. Manager started to help people behind me when I asked if they were going to take my order. Both the clerk that walked away and manager were minorities and I am white. Clear racism, never go to a Popeyes again as do not care to associate with such ignorant people! Glad I didn’t eat there!!!!!
