Waited thirty minutes for chicken. Then they ran out of chicken. Also the workers were doing their own thing, walking outside to have conversations while on the clock. It was a mad house. I was honestly was excited for popeyes because I hadn't had it in a while but after this I won't be back.

Every TIME! I come here they put a sign out on drive through that their registers are down and only can take cash and EXACT CHANGE!!! It's like they don't want to work or get paid!!

Popeyes has really gone downhill. Chicken was bland, ordered a family size Cajun fry, received likeb14 fries, food was cold, and the coleslaw was absolutely horrible. Do better Popeyes. You used to have great food.

Cashiers have nasty attitude when they don’t do they’re job right . I use to work here and the entire store has went downhill since I quit . Disgusting attitude and disgusting environment. I asked for a red beans and rice to make it just rice and I told the cashier tht they gave me red beans and rice instead of just rice and she snatched the side and caught an attitude she’s lucky im pregnant or I would’ve put my hands on her

First time eating in North Carolina usually went to a Florida location. I was pleased to see the chicken tenders were large and the orders were plentiful

Went to the drive thru and got the wrong order. I had to drive all the way back down on western to the store and walk in to get my correct order. Staff didn’t even apologise or anything! This is the second time this is happening and I will not be going back here.

I will never eat here again. One of the male employees went into the women's bathroom and caused a line to form while the male bathroom went unused. I ended up having to go next door to another restaurant to use their bathroom. Also a customer brought their dog in a carrier in and no one said anything.

The worst place i have ever been too.Set in line and no one answered about approximately 5-9 mins we called them and they were rude and told us they were closing line to catch up on orders didn't bother too say that I won't be eating here at this location ever again.....

Food was great. , Service was great... Ice machine was broke ,so no ice in drinks which was nasty... ,the chicken tenders was sold out. Bathroom needs a hand dryer., there was no paper towels in bathroom

This restaurant didn't give an impression of being sanitary. Supply of some food was out of stock. Health department/Managers need to make sure servers and counter workers don't have sores on their bodies and need to be checked for handling food and cleanliness of clothing. Will not eat there again. If they have psoriasis, then long sleeve shirts should be worn, because it looks unsanitary.

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. I placed a mobile order with the expectation that my food would be prepared in advance, yet it was not even started until I arrived at the restaurant. Meanwhile, the customers who were waiting in line received their meals before me, which raises the question: what is the purpose of ordering ahead if it doesn’t expedite the process? Once I finally returned home, I discovered that my order was completely wrong. Not only did I receive incorrect side items, but my order for 24 wings, which was supposed to feature four distinct flavors, was also mishandled. Instead, I received 12 wings of a single flavor, with only two other flavors represented among the remaining wings. It is disheartening that such a straightforward mobile order could not be executed correctly.

Greasy fries. Please change the oil om a regular basis. Dry and hard biscuits. Hardly any meat on the 3 piece chicken meal. Change 75 cents for a honey chipotle sauce that should come with my chicken strips. Sauce wasn't good. I will say the strips were good. Rude employees. Dirty windows and tables.

This location absolutely filthy. Tables,floors,windows, and drink area very filthy. My mashed potatoes and gravy had these weird lumps in it. The staff very unprofessional and LOUD.
