I love PCJ! The staff is THE BEST! Mr. Matthew, Ms. Natalie, Ms. Franceen, Ms. Anna, Mr. Kawen and Ms. Mariah - EVERYONE are kind, helpful, and greet everyone warmly as they come through the door - locals and visitors to the community.
I ordered a Pastrami Bagel Stack /w a Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel and Bacon and Cheddar Egg Bites.
The egg bites were fluffy and a good flavor. The Pastrami Bagel was the bomb. If nothing else, I’ll come back for that. The flavors paired really well and it was a great value for the portion.
Staff were friendly and made my food to order (even though I arrived earlier than my pickup time). Will definitely be back!
