It was a 7 minute wait to get 6 pretzels and it wasn't even that busy they over-salted my pretzels in the price was okay I got an apple juice large drink and 6 pretzels it was like $9

My children and I love pretzels... It's very affordable and taste good snack, too, with different twists offered by the store. The crews are nice, polite, and do their job well. We always look forward to having it whenever we are at the mall. It's worth the wait for us! ???

Had to return two pretzels due to hair on pretzel next stuck on insert. Cashier had nasty attitude due to us not wanting to eat hair having to return two pretzel. I suggest change batter or invest in hair nets. First and worst experience after eating here for long time.

The pretzel dog was not cooked and after letting them know and not wanting and refund or anything I was met with horrible customer service.

My son and I get pretzel sticks and a slushie from here every time we come to the mall. The staff are friendly and quick with your order, and they keep the (small) work area clean and clear from clutter. I've never encountered a bad experience here, and I've been going since 2019.

Did not care to ask if I wanted chz. When I asked for it I was told it's 89¢ and I couldn't use my card so I added another pretzel. I got complete attitude the entire time. Never going here again
The customer service here is always amazing. The pretzels are made fresh periodically so they aren’t serving the same ones all day. My favorite pretzel spot. Will be back
