Honestly will never be going to this red lobster again. Service sucked had to wait 10 mins for a server and then 10 mins to get drinks. Food took forever and I’m pretty sure the salmon wasn’t cooked all the way!

We always have the best service when we come to this Red Lobster. I sincerely hope upper management keeps this location open. The owner of the signs outside need to pay attention to lighting, especially on the main sign as one side appears to be burnt out. Having that lit up can be a very easy way to gain more customers who may be unfamiliar with the area. Otherwise, such a great group of servers and cooks here!

We had a rather large party so we had 2 waitresses. 1 for each table. They couldn't get orders or bills right. It took forever to get anything, especially the checks. You'd think with 2 dedicated servers, we'd have been ok. Not at all. There was barely anyone else in there, and I can see why.

Always feels sad when I walk in. But food was hot and the biscuits were the best. The brussel sprouts are really good here.

I ordered shrimp scampi. It was horrible. Had no flavor. Just tasted salty with lots of butter. We were a party of nine. Portions for a few people in our party was very small.

Overall it was good. My wife got fried shrimp. It was cooked well, tasted good. My grandson got coconut shrimp...it was way overcooked. I got the Thursday special, lobster and shrimp scampi. The scampi were plentiful and the scampi sauce delightful. However, the lobster tail was darn near raw...not good.

Restaurant was empty waited 10-15 minutes for waitress to make an appearance. No wonder read lobster is starting to go belly up. It's been nearly 2 decades since I last ate at one (that one was in Bedford NH) the shrimp lobster and salmon was over cooked. The stuffed mushrooms had an over powered breaded taste, and the strawberries on the cheesecake were frozen not fresh like stated on the menu. (Might've been fresh when recieved but mine were like popsicles) the only truly good thing I had was the cheddar biscuits. Definitely NOT worth the 65 dollars I just spent

The actual meal itself was so overcooked and tough I choked on my lobster tail. I had to use a steak knife to saw through it. The shrimp were burnt. The only good thing was the drink I ordered and the biscuits.
