Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

When we walked in we were greeted by three hostess who were unprofessional, took 5 minutes to get seated while we were the only ones up there. They acted like they didn't know how to do their job. When we were seated we waited 10 minutes and our supposed server "Rain" never arrived. We normally love Red Robin but this location dosent have it together. We will not be back...

I have always liked Red Robin. A solid predictable spot for a high-end burger. Lots of topping selections. Although prices are not higher than other high-end burger options, I still struggle to pay $30 for a beer and burger (with tip). If you're a big eater, you will like their endless sides offer. I just can't eat that much.

We showed up behind another family then a 3rd group walked in. The hostess asked who was next I pointed to the first family which was part of a party of 19. They got sat came back and seated the family take came in after us first. Then came back and we were told it would be a 5-10 minute wait. Was asked if we wanted to wait, we declined and explained that the family that was just seated came in after us her answer was ok.

Food was a drink not what it was discibe and wait didn't even want to take care of us he was more worried about playing on his phone had to get others just to get water .I will never set foot in there again

Host at the counter brushed us off 4 times before telling our group she'd be with us in a minute. Once seated it took 10 minutes for a server to give us silverware. Another 10 minutes later the server Dee took our order upon which we requested an appetizer and our food order. Other tables that arrived after us with the same server received drinks before us. We received our food order before the appetizer and never received the appetizer but was billed for it. The server only checked on us one time after the food was received. One party member of our group received their drink and claimed that she drank what felt like spit in their drink. The food came out good but the service received was the worst possible

The hostess herself said it's not that busy right now, yet I waited nearly 40 minutes for food, which was all stone cold when it finally arrived. The table next to me arrived half an hour after I did and still received their food before me. Sat there for another 10 minutes trying to flag down a staff member, since my server never returned after bringing my drink, with no luck. So I paid $20 for a drink, two soggy fries, and a bite of a burger.

Generally speaking I love Red Robin, but this is by far the worst location I've ever been to.

While I’m a HUGE Red Robin fan, this location continues to miss the mark. Today was the third time my family received raw burger(still cold) when ordering very clearly “no pink”.

They were willing to correct it again, as usual, but I shouldn’t have to do multiple trips because they fail to properly cook food continuously. Sadly it’s 3 strikes for this location!

Amber, our waitress, was super attentive and very friendly and made our stay very pleasant. We signed up for Red Robin Rewards and received a free appetizer on the spot. The onion rings were terrific, my daughter's American Burger and my sauteed mushroom burger were really delicious. The regular and garlic fries we're not their best today although they were hot they were not crisp and the garlic fries we paid extra for had no garlic flavor whatsoever which is weird because usually they are super garlicky. They do get extra points though for the great service

Been going to this Red Robin for 5 years now, since Jacksonville is small, not too many options for a good burger. The food is better than some, way overpriced burgers for what they are. WORST service always! Never fails and I am so kind and when we ask for more fries it’s like we are already done and ready to go before they get to us because it takes so long! I feel they do this on purpose, staff is always slow and the food always takes forever! They don’t check on you, your drink sits empty and when u ask u get mean looks. I have convinced my husband to go back but he never wanted to give them a dime after the third time it happened. The problem is whatcha gonna do when u are hungry and want to go to the mall, and sick of the same ole this small town has!

The royal red robin is the way to go if you're in the mood for a burger. The Donato's pizza is tied as my favorite pizza (with abruzzos) in Jacksonville pending on what type I'm in the mood for.

Our party would love to spotlight and Thank our server Khadijah. She had a delightful personality and gave the service that all servers should give. It’s hard to get good service now days and she gave us great service. She didn’t hover, but never missed and thing needed and all. Again THANK YOU KHADIJAH

Parking: Large open parking lot

Kid-friendliness: Ms. Khadijah talked to our kids as their individual selves. Most places treat kids as if they are not there or bypass them.
