Took My Nephew today for his 19th Birthday. It's his favorite Restaurant in Jacksonville. He was given a birthday hat and a staff member took his picture outside the restaurant. Incredible service and friendly. I believe the staff member name was Clara. The place made My Nephew have great birthday!!She was an excellent & friendly staff member. My Newphew always loves the food. Thank you Red Robin for making My Newphew's birthday special ?

I went to here tonight and was promised a free appetizer if I signed up for the rewards program despite this they made me pay for it anyway I am extremely unhappy that I was lied too and would have never expected this from this establishment.

Some of the best service I've ever had in a restraunt. The manager personally coming out and telling me about their sauces and how much he enjoys serving people ties it all together. Our amazing server was also perfect at her job she checked just the right amount and made sure we had everything we needed to make the dinner one to never forget. The food was the best part of it though the campfire sauce tasted good with litterally everything. Will definitely be coming here again.
