Amazing staff! Outstanding experience every single time. I’ve been coming here for at least the last 14 years and I’ve never left disappointed! The ice always hits the spot and I always leave with a smile☺️

I have never actually been into a Rita's but decided to give it a try. I was extremely surprised by the variety of products and kindness of the employees. Maddie helped me and my friend find something we enjoyed and was very sociable and patient with our indecisiveness. She had several good recommendations and I decided to try the cool aid ice blender, glad I did. Overall a wonderfully experience and thanks to Maddie I will most likely become a regular at this location.

I don’t understand how chocolate is “seasonal”. Chocolate is like a staple in America, everywhere you go there is a chocolate flavor. No wonder you guys sell out every time you get a new bucket of chocolate in, it’s because it’s what the people WANT.

Sooo good!! Ritas Italian ice is the best. It gives you just the right amount of sweetness and the flavor options are great. We love visiting here because the staff is friendly and patient lol. Our kids can never make up their mind on flavors, so it's great having a cup of 2-3 different flavors. (p.s- We also love that they play K-Love radio station.)

Update: we came only to get a few small cups and left with pints. Lol, cotton candy us one of our favorites, sweet, but good!

First time stepping foot in here, and the staff were so welcoming and so sweet, very, very good, Italian Ice. They have sugar-free options, too, as well as taste testing. I enjoyed every bite, making it a weekly stop for sure!!!

We’ve been coming since the summer and we’ve been hooked since. Husband and I can’t go a week without Rita’s, the owners are the sweetest people ever! always so kind and patient, never in a rush to serve you and they take their time to serve everyone. They are always happy to serve their guests, their store is always so clean and well kept!!! And the custard and ice always delicious. It always hits the spot, you get so much for your money. I had to take a pint of their flavored custard because it’s my favorite and the owner made sure my pint was FULL. lol I always love to come back, and I still have yet to try all their flavors. You never get bored of the flavors bc there are so many that rotate. Thank you for keeping this little shop open all year round. We will not stop coming lol!!

The staff at this store are nice , friendly and courteous....today being my birthday I decided to ride to this store to get the Italian ice with vanilla custard, a birthday treat to myself.... I been to this store before since I found out Jacksonville had one .... I'll be visiting there again soon
