One of the few restaurants in Jacksonville that is actually good. The Hibachi is amazing and this is my favorite spot for sushi also.

The server was there but didn't really seem to want to serve. Maybe she thought black people don't tip, is my guess.🤷🏿‍♂️

Really enjoyed this. Went on Valentine's day, fairly early, but was seated quickly and our drink and food orders were prompt. Chef was friendly and put on a show but minimal interaction until the end. Food was delicious. Best hibachi I've had in awhile. I'm in southeast Virginia and we don't have any really good spots. Family in south Carolina and they have good hibachi. I visit Jacksonville semi-regularly and expect to be back again if the timing is right.

The only thing worth seeing is the koi fish up front (atmosphere). Food mid (food), waitress an op (service). Land locked states had better sushi.

Would give it another try if they fix the half light sign.

Very disappointed in this place!
Had to ask for a refill when the couple beside us kept getting refills and we didn’t. It took at least 10 minutes to get it. I had to ask for a fork to eat twice before I could eat. The gentleman that did our show barely talked during his performance and didn’t interact with us at all. He did with the other two couples, but not us. My chicken was so dry I couldn’t eat it, like any of it. My daughter’s shrimp was over cooked and her sushi was dry and tasteless. When the performance was done he said thank you and for paying for his child support. Then looked at my daughter and her child who was with us. He may of been joking, but the look he gave her when he said it, felt other wise. At least the soup was good…

We had Kenny as our cook and he was absolutely amazing! Best food ever, cooked amazing and the shrimp were awesome, especially since they were deveined properly!! He made us laugh the whole time! Our server Kelsey was awesome and “tall Paul” at the other table for our party was amazing as well!! Overall such an amazing experience!

Have never had a bad meal at this place. I always prefer the dining room over the hibachi seating. Love the Yaki Udon best and the sushi is amazing here as well.

I love Japanese food and tried this place for the first time. I absolutely LOVED everything. The staff was very attentive and helpful and the whole family enjoyed their dishes. Will definitely be coming back! My teenager wants to come back for a birthday dinner.

My fiancee and I and her son was there yesterday 1/18/2025 was our first time there and will be our last! our food was cold the rice wasnt cooked everything sucked even the waitress there had an attitude she was very rude and I got food poisoning was sick all night long thanks but no thanks we will never eat there again!

Great atmosphere, service and the food was superb. The soup, which was just a broth, was tasty. I ordered steak and shrimp, which was prepared right before us. The chef's knife show was cute.

The hibachi isn’t great. The steak is good but the chicken tastes like salty soy sauce. made me shit my brains out.
