The ladies at the drive thru always do an amazing job! So friendly and go out of there way to make you smile. Shelby and Leah are great! Everyone at this Smithfields is amazing!

We had the best experience at the Gum Branch location. It felt like every employee that worked there came to our table to fill drinks and ask if we need anything. Most pleasant experience I have had in a long time. Food was as great as we remembered. We no longer live in the area and it had been 15 years since we had been there. Ate it to quick to realize I forgot to take pictures. They have the good ice. Staff walked a family out with an umbrella because it was raining.

I must have come on an off day or time. The bbq has very little spice and vinegar, and the potato salad looks bad and has terrible flavor. I'm in from out of town and this is not the Smithfield quality I remember.
