Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q

My experience tonight was above average for a drive thru! The lady on the speaker was so kind as I fumbled through the menu, I'm not very familiar with the food here. Then I realized I forgot my wallet and didn't quite have the full total and I told the manager on duty tonight that I would run home and get it and be right back and he immediately handled the situation with generous kindness and took great care of me and sent me on my way. That was incredible kindness and holiday spirit! I believe his name was Josh but that's the kind of manager that leaves a lasting positive impression of an establishment that will make me want to come back and pay double just to make up for it next time. Thank you for the delicious food I'm trying for the first time tonight (and loving it) and for hiring incredible staff members that took great care of me the entire time!!

I love the food being from the north, I loved the baked beans, the chicken was delicious and the shrimp was amazing, and at a good price, I recommend this place for lunch or dinner.

Parking: Parking lots around the restaurant, plenty of parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: It’s on a first floor, has a wheelchair ramp to get in the restaurant and tables to sit at.

I really enjoyed the feel I goth BBQ plate was ok. I wish they had more choices as far sides. They have other options such as seafood and chicken.

I am here about every day lol. I have had a good experience and good service. Emily is fabulous and I look forward to seeing her. She deserves a raise! It seems like she truly cares about people and doing a great job.

Girl at the window was very rude and kept talking to us like we were dumb when she repeated our order. Rolled her eyes at us. We said thank you 3 different times and she turned away from us and then just held out stuff out of the window while we put our drinks down. Disgusting customer service.

An excellent example of southern food and hospitality. We had to wait for a batch of chicken tenders to be made fresh (huge by the way) so the friendly staff comped us with a gallon of amazing sweet tea. 2 thumbs up. Thank you for a great experience.

I have to say after the day I've had dealing with Walgreens, I stopped after picking up my groceries from Walmart. I got a barbecue sandwich combo. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! It was so good, and the fries were piping hot! I needed thisa afternoon delight! May 6, 2024 ?
