I’ve had this issue a couple times with the bowls not being filled up all the way despite them being $13. They taste good but they are almost never filled up all the way.

I placed an order through the app, as I always do every morning with no problem. Today, January 11th, I placed my order and when I arrived at smoothie king to pick up my order, no one answered over the intercom. When I arrived at the window, the lights were off and I could see another customer was sitting at the other window, just as confused as I was. I paid for my order via the app and wasn’t able to receive it. There was a car in the parking lot, unsure if it was an employee.

My favorite place to get my post-workout recharge drink! The staff are amazing and work their magic to get any smoothie no matter how complex out in a flash! The perfect place for when you need a pick me up without all the unhealthy ingredients from other drive-thrus!

It’s now under new management and I have to say for someone who works with the public on daily basis they have made extreme changes and it shows! The appreciation and gratitude I receive from the employees is phenomenal! I’ve developed a relationship with the weekday morning crew that makes me look forward to coming every day! Their skills as Managers has transformed the culture of customer service, speed in the waiting line, recipe perfection, and uplifting morale; makes seeing their faces daily a joy to my mornings. A very special Thank you to my SK family. Note, as a frequent traveler, stopping city to city, state to state; I make it a staple of day to seek out a Smoothie King in my area, so, in saying they are the best; I literally mean the Best!
